The Amaryllis: Central Delhi. I was amazed to see such massive development in the part of city where one can’t imagine to have this kind of land and open space. 40 acres high end luxury township project in middle of Delhi. Everything makes it a unique project. Great location, superb construction quality, Wow specifications, spectacular view of the city and from their common recreation area on 20th floor. It would be a rare opportunity to have a home in such township, definitely worth a wait to see the project completing.

Would like to visit the place in near future. The property appears overpriced.roads congession is a regular feature of this area.

I suggest that before purchasing the property, one must visit the site and if u r accustomed to the smell of cow and Buffalo dung and ur children and family can tolerate, then u must purchase the flat for luxury living. And above all u will also get the feeling of a waiting room of railways. Purchase the flat thinking that ur relatives will not stay longer at ur house.

Utterly disheartened by the promises the builder had made. Ordinary looking buildings of phase 1 and nothing done in the name of landscaping

Very excellent place for living high life in the heart of Delhi but you must have at least 2 crore for 2bhk and 14000 thousand monthly to live in this locality. Only upper class business men can afford to live here.

I love how it caters to all the needs and luxurious amenities. Its a beautiful place and definitely a place to check out, I can assure it would be worth it.

Project is coming up it will take 1 to 2 year for families to settle here although the developer.claims to handover the possession of phase 1 by April 21.on one side busy railway line is passing

Constructional defects, width of internal wall to wall room is not up to the standard. Roof of living room sounds awful upon normal movement and childrens unbridled activity...

I have booked a flat in Phase 1. I was totally amazed by the quality of the material which they are using for construction. I am just waiting for to shift in my new dream home.

Its a Beautiful project, currently under construction, comping up in central Delhi. They will have premium configuration and hence premium budget. If someone is looking for a premium quality and considerd it.

I visited the property, area and construction is nice but the speed it is going, will take about 3-4 years to fully complete. So beware if you are investing such huge amount. Cost is too highNow i am answering owners question:Exact date i dont remember but i met with the owner Mr Naresh aggarwal who was extremely prideful that while in the middle of our conversation he got up from the seat. We saw the sample flat which is there on the right side of entrance near the building map.Only advice for you: try to respect your customer and have little ethics to deal.Your property is still the same AS it was years back so i am lucky for not choosing you.

Excellent project or I can say best project to invest the best thing about this is that it is developing in Karol Bagh Delhi which almost center place of Delhi by Which all big markets are nearby in this project they have shown all kind of facilities all things are good like location, flat prices etc..............but as we all know that this kind of project doesnt have any guarantees you can invest in this kind of project on your responsibility there is no any guarantee that you will get possession by time it may take more time as what they have said if you want to take one take on your risk
