Horrible experience at TC global. I dont understand how they are as big as they are nowadays. I went there and I told them that I have n number of backlogs. They simply said that it is EXTREMELY DIFFICULT that a university or college will give you an offer letter and trying for it is a waste of time. After this horrifying experience (like the staff at TC global would be horrified to learn that I had this experience), I went to another consultancy and I got offer letter from 3 top colleges in Toronto! Dont waste your time going here. Go to Gurukul exposure. Jyotsna there has helped around 20 of my friends in getting an offer letter. TC global is all bells and whistles, nothing else.

WORST PEOPLE WITH ZERO KNOWLEDGE.I went there last year with hope of genuine counselling for studying abroad.BUT MY FATE WAS NOT IN GOOD MOODI MET JYOTSANA SHARMA, SHIVIKA LUTHRA, TANYA SHARMA.All of them gave me false hopes without proper knowledge. Their VISA SPECIALIST JYOTSANA SHARMA promised me with my visa approval chances being 90%. And my visa got rejected with score of 85% in graduation with no gaps, no backlogs, etc.Just because of submitting incomplete documents and improper filing I suffered visa rejection because of their genius minds.I CAN NEVER FORGET THOSE HORROR 3-4 MONTHS, THEY NEVER ANSWERED MY CALLS, EMAILS. ALL THE TIME I HAVE TO VISIT THEM IN OFFICE, WAITING FOR HOURS.ALL SPECIAL THANKS TO SHIVIKA LUTHRAHope you all make a wise decision before visiting them.They almost spoiled my career. Be wise. The worst immigration agency ever. They do not know how to prep a file. They are not even aware of the requirements of any kind of visa. They filed such weak file for my sister and she got refusal twice. Inspite of her file being so strong they dint organize it well. Horrible communication skills. The worst experience I’ve ever had. I paid them around Rs 40k bucks and in return they did nothing. All that counsellor (Ms Tanya) did was to fill the application form. No proper guidance or any follow up mails were ever made. Even If I call my counsellor to tell me what to do next or help me choose the university as per my credentials, she will says the name of some universities of which you have never heard of. I really don’t get it why did I pay them 40k money when all they did was to fill your application forms. Overall, I spent ending up Rs 200,000/ (their counselling services plus university application forms) and in the end, I get nothing.

I have had an awful experience with the Chopras. In the times of a pandemic where the staff should be available for students, they have been shrugging from their responsibilities.I got in touch with a consultant Ms. Inderpreet Kaur in May 2020, where under her guidance my applications were sent in around June 2020 to University of Manchester Alliance (UK). However, due to the lack of follow ups, I chose to apply to other universities with other consultants.Additionally, even now, I have several doubts with my application status and the application fee, for which I have tried contacting the consultant and their offices separately, however, there has been no response from either of them.Even in the past, it has taken upto one whole week for her to reply back to a Whatsapp text.Its a shame! And Id blame the Chopras and their team if I have missed out on important information from the University.
