Update December 2020Right after posting the review, we were contacted by the Stonex team and all the countertops were repolished by their team with a nano silicate coating.All the watermarks from the stone have vanished. Getting the repolishing done was a huge hassle as the home looked like site for 2 days and nights. Hence the 4 stars.Thanks to the team for a prompt response and doing the best they could to rectify the issue.Hoping that we dont face the issue again._______________________________November 2020Had bought an Italian stone for my two dining tables and a bar.Mr. Vikram (Delhi) had assisted me in buying that stone. It was a very expensive stone approx Rs 2000/- per square feet. We had already shared the application that it has to be installed in the bar countertop and dining table so that we do not gave any issue of staining etc as I dont have a lot of knowledge about the stone myself.Even at the time of cutting we started facing surface finish issues. Your team had sent someone to repolish it and asked us to purchase marmoguard and asked your polishing team to use it. After a few weeks at the house warming party itself, after the first use, the stone had absorbed water and has big brown patches and some water rings from base of glasses. Contacted Vikram Ji and I think Bhupendra Ji a several times, but no response. Really bad when it comes to stone quality and customer service for such an expensive stone. Im sure the company can get it repolished / replaced, but its such a hassle to get it done after moving in. Very disappointed honestly!

Very bad experience they apply a chemical coating so that all the cracks are hidden ...after you purchase after like 2months you can see cracked marble ...if u inform this to them they’ll say we are not responsible for that ..please be cautious while purchasing from stonex .. or there are many other companies who do dignified business please buy from them( A CLASS MARBLE)

Stonex Laminum is worst product. It is a garbage, so much fragile and delicate. Dont ever buy Laminum.Supplier excuses himself by putting the responsibility of the installer and Installer dont say anything. And that is when the installer was disclosed to Stonex before it was bought.While building my bungalow in Ashok Vihar, the only worst decision I took was to install laminum in my entire elevation.Guys please dont ever chose laminum to install anywhere at your site. You can personally visit my place to have a view of the KOORA Laminum.

I recently visited Stonex India for buying marble for my house flooring, I was really impressed with the variety they have. It is one of the best marble suppliers in Delhi with the best imported marble prices in India. Stonex India’s marbles are a must buy for all.

I have burnt my hands while buying marble for my 1st residence but luckily, my friend referred Stonex this time. I must appreciate their transparency price policy & maintaining good quality standards. 1 visit to Stonex is must to just know about variety of stones available & right price of stone... A happy customer.

Lovely designs it increase the beauty of our home and offices.

I purchased slab of golden patro, the stone from front looks absolutely fantastically finished, but when we took the delivery and mason started working on it it started shuttering to pieces, mason showed me numerous cracks on the back side.........I contacted Mr. Anil (with images of cracks) who sold us the slab but no proper response from his side has been received yet.

The reality is that, they do have a good collection of stones, specially Italian, and there are guys over the display centre to explain everything .But the thing is that be very careful with them while measuring as well as make sure the stone is not curved. And when you finalize they will be so lazy until you blast them, because normally a cardiac CABG surgery takes only min 4hrs aprox. But this staff over there doesnt have any coordination and also they take more than 7hrs to load 3pcs of marbles your vehicle. Very bad service...

I went stonex they treated in a good manner, they have showed me so many variety of marbles, its such a good show room and I have not seen that many variety of marbles.

The price of the stone is very expensive here. If you want to buy very costly italian stones then it may be a good choice for you but otherwise go to local dealers whose stones are much cheaper. They provide warranty on stones and have standard rated which are the only positive features of the brand due to which I visited their store.

Its a good ethical company in the stone industries. We can experience wide range of Italian marbles, exotic granite & onyx.

Display & variety at their store is good but miserably fail in providing a happy buying experience.Ours was a torturous one. Since, we had to deal with uncultured, rowdy & untrained staff members (Mr. Sunil & Rajesh/Rakesh) at their warehouse. Where they send you to make selection of a desired stone slab fromblock having multiple similar stone slabs, fitting your requirement.We were made to wait for 2 hrs before we got glimpse of the block containing our selected stone. On top of it, we had to experience intolerable misbehavior from their warehouse manager (Sunil) who had strong will of not working & started to abuse us for making his men work to show us 3-4 stone slab from the lot of 25+ pcs, for us to make a selection.Dirts like these take away the happy side of customers, who are ready to pay a bomb just get a decent service & product quality.
