There are generating unnecessary bills if you have insurance policy.In my case, for surgery - Doctor said that they will charge 90K total amount but after they got to know that we have insurance policy they immediately raised amount 1.70Lakh. This is very unprofessional and unethical. I would like to report this to higher authority to take my point into consideration. I would like to know if my fathers health is in proper hand or not.Now I am scared should I continue my fathers treatment in Rajiv Cancer hospital. If Rajiv Gandhi is government hospital, how it is helping us?

A very unprofessional and incompetent hospital. Dr Summit Goyal is person in charge of Chemo. His behaviour and response to medical emergency was pathetic. Made lame excuse for not treating patient and discharged. Same patient got treatment at Jaslok hospital Mumbai. Stay away!!!

Good Doctors and good nursing station. Though its a new branch of the main from Rohini west. It has facilities. But if you want to get your doctors for longer time. Prefer to go for the main Branch in Rohini West. But thats so busy. Earlier times in the morning are preferable, also get an appointment ahead on phone. Its simple just give your ID or passport number and the Cellphone number and than they will arrange you an appointment of your desired Doctor. Its that simple.

Just willing to generate bills, no concern about patient health . When they knew patient health is not good and not able to survive but insisting for high value therapies. In my case it was Saturday and approval of medicine was to come on Monday and dr was continously asking for confirmation/approval when he came to knew that approval is not coming dr asked us that patient wont survive and ask him to take at other hospital . If he knew patient wont survive why insisting for such therapies.Worst is the finance team at niti bagh not willing to accept insurance , rejected the approval received from insurance team , always willing to accept cash. Worst is there attitude towards patients family.

Too bad experience in this hospital the team in oncologist are really bad and they dont know nothing even if u are done too much test and u have all report they didnt even get the stage of cancer. If u done all test in rajiv ghandi they took too much money like PET scene and biopsy and the main problem is attitude of doctor towards patients and family

First of all this is not a government hospital. Hospital infra is good but it is too costly. Doctor fee is Rs 800 and first time registration fee is 200. Doctor has told my brother for chemo without any detailed inspection. He told to do full body scan with giving shop name and told they will take minimum rate but when I just asked in a shop rate was lower than doctor told. So I dont think it is good option. They just want to make money. If dates are available AIIMS is best.

This is not a hospital.They mislead everyone.This is a Showroom of variety of cancers.These doctors are the salesmen here.They steal your money and kill your loved ones.My Mother diagnosed with CA Breast (Breast Cancer).They operated it. They did 6 cycles of chemotherapy without necessity.My Mother got routine checkup in every 3 months.In September 2017, My mom got routine checkup. All clear.....in October 2017 she got cancer in brain, Lungs and Lumber.My mom died of metastatic cancer in June 2018.What were these cheap shopkeepers (so called Doctors) doing in checkup??Doctor D.C. Doval , Kumardeep, Gupta all are arogent.Shame on you people.The real money for a family is its members.Please take money but dont play with the lives.

Doctor team of radiotherapy and chemotherapy statements are contradictory to each others..Doctors did all these tests like PET scan, barium study xRay, esophageal and lungs endoscopy and CT scan guided FNAC lungs biopsy and all these tests came negative.. but yet doctors could not confirm the diagnosis. Again they want to do another test i.e. bronchoscopy + biopsy. Today is 23rd day of our visit but no clue whats to be done next, though Doctors perhaps already knew whats to be done... but again another test prescribed. The point was raised by us to them what are the reasons that these undergone tests were recommended even if they were not as trustworthy and implied / or result into another expensive test. If next test after another shall confirm the result then Couldnt be the best to get that kind of test done which is much more reliable and helps in deciding a treatment plan, rather than wasting time and health. its Kinda shocking to hear their reply -> Sir, its standard. we cant deviate. Inexperienced and pathetic doctors team with expensive medical services [Spent around 1.2 lacs only in 4 tests within 23 days..]Dont know about others but ours is Very worst experience so far..Biopsy seems easy for doctor thats why they can suggest multiple times..but heart patient knows the pain and difficulty..All these inexperienced doctors are money making machine, apparently following the Hospitals objective to level a target.Please note, this is all about our own experience of 23 days suffering... Yours might differ.If its happened to be good for yours, no wonder you are damn lucky..Lets the justice be with Gods hands.. God, Please help us all.

Worst hospital ever kehne ko to ye private hai par their employee are just similar to village goverment employee. My mother had admitted there for her treatment she has bladder cancer was not getting perfect treatment. Its nurses are of learner thats means quite danger to any patient they never know how to put cannula in vein IDHAR UDHAR SUEE MARNE LAGTE HAI they have some good perfect nurses but 1 to 2 nurses are worst like i suggest the name VANDANA SISTER,ANKANCHA SISTER they are too dangerous vandana dont have sophistication like dont know how to talk treat and manage patients main yehi sab is liye nae keh raha ki meri inse koi dusmani hai but vandana treated my mom in shouting way thats was not really UNFORGIVABLE thats it if you are coming for your loved ones treatment please dont come here hum sab pachta rahe hai SAB EMPLYOEE LEARNER HAIDocters are good like DR.LEENA and supportive docterIn my opinion please not to come here because yaha ka sab dhire hota hai

Not Have a good experience. My father was diagnosed with esophagus cancer and we went to Rajiv gandhi for treatment.they started radiation + chemo and then suggested surgery.in surgery they removed 70% stomach and after 2 months of surgery when we went for PET CT , cancer detected again . My father was died in 1 year 2 months treatment. I thought he was died because of treatment. We paid approx 20 lacs for whole treatment.
