I wanted to buy ISUZU MUX from Paramount in Delhi. Very poor experience in dealing by sales staff. The offer and actual deal is different and customers are being cheated by deceiving them. I am very angry and unhappy with the malafied dealing of the dealership of PARAMOUNT AUTOTECH. I will never recommend them.

Excellent service from the staff. They let me test drive the vehicle upto my satisfaction. No limit on time. Very patient and informative.

Never encountered such a fraud staff. Theyll get you to sign a non-refundable booking amount agreement kinda thing without your knowledge and then force you to buy their car. Thats how they are running their company.

Very poor customer service. They can’t even arrive on time for test drive . 2 hours late .better to buy toyota at least they know how to do time management
