Staff is helpful .... They greet you very nicely . I went there to purchase engagement ring .As my fiance has thin fingers so it was difficult to find ring in her size and as it was jeweller strike that time , i found some beautiful rings there.There are not many options for necklaces but ya they have options in rings .They have workshop in the same building so cleaning happens in minutes. Overall good experience but ya variety of necklaces and bangles can be improved. Price Range is bit high so it can be improved too.

The worst orra outlet that I had been to! The staff isnt helpful. We had to go from noida to collect it two times. The first time it wasnt ready. The second time they had made it in wrong size. When we complained they agreed to send it to orra sec 18 outlet noida which now they postponing. Really frustrated with the service and staff.
