In and out in 15 minutes (may be less crowd due to pandemic)The guards at gate help you complete the documents.The visa officer was very polite and guided about all the requirements.You can Carry a mobile phone, they have lockers to store your valuables.Extremely helpful.

Guard is very gentle and gives clear information. Lady staff at front desk is rude though as if she owns the whole embassy.No place to sit/wait for visitors (expected in a diplomat area). Autos will be waiting for a drop back from the embassy but be careful not to pay more than usual rates.

We have a very good experience at Embassy. All staff was helpful. Special thanks to guards & the lady at reception who collected our visa documents guided us properly. All visa formalities were done within 20 minutes, completely hassle free.

Great service, I booked the first appointment of the day and was finished in 10 minutes. The visa officers said I should be receiving my passport in 3 days but it took 10 days. I guess due to pandemic there were some delays. As for parking: Park your car at the parking of India Africa Friendship Rose park. It is just 150 meters away from the embassy.

I visited for my MVV application for work. I liked the ambience with lot of green around. Very easy to find. Next to Canada Embassy. Staff is polite and helpful. Overall my experience was good. Please note that visa applicants are not allowed to enter through the main gate, you need to go inside through the gate on the left side of the building.

Nice and quiet place. Procedures were not complicated at all. It was much easy and simple.. it took only less than 10 mins if theres medium crowd.But one suggestion is.. the staff preparing the docs for you can alteast speak in English at needed situations. Security, yes I understand.. cant speak in English. But atleast the staff could..

I have been trying all embassies in india, north American and European and it is futile. Being stranded due to covid restrictions I needed some info on transitting. But when I called Netherlands, I promptly got a response. Spoke to Selma who is a star. She gave me every detail I needed to know and went above and beyond giving me assurances. Thanks very much for your efficiency .

Make sure you have AWB number obtained from DTDCDTDC has hotline number to book courier service for delivery of passport to your place from the embassy.Pen, passport, photo, AWB number, MVV form, documents(xerox of passport, IND letter, xerox of birth certificate, xerox of marriage/Single certificate if traveling with partner) are needed while entering into premisesStaff is very co operative. They will guide you. Process is very simple and fast.Embassy will release passport on 3rd day and it will be delivered to your place on 4th day.

I would say, its one of the best Embassy in terms of process and procedures. Security people knew everything and they guide well before even talking to embassy counselor.

If you have a Visa appointment here. Come prepared with enough food and water. You may have to wait for upto two hours till your appointment. There is no place to sit in front of the Embassy. On sunny/ summer days it is very hot and humid so bring an umbrella / cap/ sunglasses and preferably a USB fan. You can sit in the garden alongside shantipath and still keep an eye on the Embassy front gate. If you are traveling by a car, there isnt a good parking place nearby, so arrive only 1/2 hour before your appointment.

Very efficiently done during covid times. Less people were there so things got over quickly and staff was polite and helpful. Small mistakes can be rectified.Good to go just 15-20 mins before appointment time if there are less people they will send you in.If you are going alone as mvv family applicant make sure to take copy of your spouses passport. This is not mentioned any where but my wife was asked for this. Luckily we went together and although i had left she was able manage. Tip: People coming by their own car. Please know that there is no parking available outside the embassy. But there is a parking near by 5 minutes away NDMC market near by where you can park the car. Price is 20 RS. Per hour and take an auto from there to the embassy. Auto people are very friendly and helpful they will guide you if you cant find the parking.Staff inside the embassy is also very helpful and will tell you everything you need to know. Just make sure you reach atleast 15 minutes prior your timing.

The locality is good and calm place surrounded by trees ...but it would have been better if they arranged some chairs in front of Netherland embassy .

A bit understaffed at the moment due to the ongoing situation, leading to longer waiting times and lack of seating for applicants. Staff is majorly cooperative, but the arrangement could be made better and more consumer friendly

It was an amazing experience. They helped me in getting few documents correct. They were very cooperative and humble.

A day before this review, I was there for my VISA stamping. It was a good experience. Some tips,1. Try to be earlier than your appointment date as it may give you priority if others delay.2. Ensure you have the AWB number for the DTDC courier service as it is MUST during these covid days.3. Avoid any last minute print out as there is not any single shop but only other embassies in this location. Auto walaa may charge 100-200 just to take you to and from print space4. If you are having any children for Visa stamping, try to also take some snack for the kid as it may delay.5. Except application and docs, nothing is allowed. So keep e-devices at hotel room/home and carry light stuffs.6. No car parking. Opt for cab/bus. Bus stop nearby is Rail museum for those coming from Airport. Bus route no. 781 to reach APS colony and from there its just 3 stops to Mahipalpur.7. If you have time and joy that your stamping will be done, go for a quick walk around rail museum. :)

Very convenient location, very easy to reach. Parking not available in near vicinity. You will get plenty of shade and benches to rest. The embassy people are very helping and friendly. I had forgotten to carry couple of photocopies. They were lenient enough to let me get them xeroxed and submit. In corona, they are helping to keep social distance within their premises. Good experience altogether

Embassy is good. Make sure you go only on the appointment time for visa and not before that. Else you will be standing for long time. Beware of auto rickshaw scams

Super efficient and friendly staff.Here are few points, if you are here for the MVV- In MVV form, section 3, the place and date must be New Delhi and the date of your appointment respectively. Else, your form will be corrected using a whitener. (not a huge problem, but still)- Write your AWB number on a piece of paper. You can take phone inside.-There are lockers just at the entrance to keep your stuff.- Reaching 20-30 mins before your appointment should be fine. Dont go too early. You need to wait and theres no place to sit.Get your documents correct and you will be done with the process in under 20 mins.

Service is great . If you are here for mvv, make sure you carry below documents1. Original passport2. One copy of passport(inclusive of old stampings)3.MVV Application (one photo should be sticked on it. Make sure you keep the place : new delhi and date : stamping date)4.extra photo5. ICT document (document in dutch stating approval for mvv)6. Mailing address information with Awb num(call dtdc delhi to get it)They will provide you a cover, you have write address, awb and phone number.Most common mistake you make in application is , you will write your location and date when you create the application. This is wrong. They will help in correcting it at embassy. But why to put whiteners on your application and make it look dirty.Appointment is straightforward, you just have to handover your docs, give your bios(finger print ) they will share the tracking number which will help you tracking your application much easier. Thats all.Safety measures are good. Only one or two individuals are allowed inside. So please come only 15 minutes before your appointment. Else you have to stand outside. There is no food options nearby. Only Drinking water is available.Vehicle parking is bit far. So try booking cabs or autos and reach here.Overall, its a good experience. Dont be panic. Its just overall 30 mins of things. Mobile/laptops are not allowed inside. But locker is available free of cost. So keep it der.All the best. Be safe.!!
