The airline is value for money ofcourse.The disappointing part is it’s staff. Either you’re flying on business or they treat you like s***.Well, I’ve actually complaint a few times for the way they answer the phone like once I yelled that atleast cough so that I know you picked up the phone. but today as I was on a last minute flight to attend a funeral which well I couldn’t afford the last minute fair for the business class. I have asked the girl Afreen at the check-in point to put a priority tag on my luggage so that I get out of the airport the soonest. She replied: PAY FOR IT! I have again explained the situation and she insisted either you pay for the upgrade or I will not put the tag. Like common ofcourse I know I haven’t paid for it but thats the least a frequent traveller can ask for and the least you can offer.
