Worst courier service in country, please dont send anything from trackon. Everything is purely based on luck. Incase of any courier misplace they will never respond

Hopeless service. An important government document which they received on May 3rd was not delivered to me till June mid when I called them up to check. Then they lied about the date of reciept of the package. Poor service and condescending customer service. Thinking of complaining to consumer court for the negligence.

Similar experience wrt parcels delivery but on top of all, even there is no one to attend to respond to the calls on the mentioned no. Highly unorganized, non committed, non responsive sytems & processes.

This is the worst courier delivery company in India. Takes high charge and doesnt deliver on time. Moreover, they wont respond to any customer issues and they wont even lift the calls.

Irresponsible people ..poor management ..If you call customer help line.. none picks call.. irresponsible franchises in banglore ..Even they wont pick up your call and answer ..I had tried 30 times in day..Delivery guy wont even call customers while they are delivering it to the recipients..Untrained professionals.If youre not meeting the basic necessities of a customer then you are unfit to run this business..You are not deserve to get single star ⭐ also..Poor people...I have lost my valuable customer..also Rs.4000 worth goods..This is happened with me 2 times..as I have tied up with this courier service for the delivery.....

There should be an option to rate as 0 and below... Parcel tracking shows out for delivery for the past seven days and still not delivered. They book it at high rates promising fast delivery. No answers from any number of trackon. Very worst fraud delivery company in the world.. Such Frauds should be heavily fined and punished.

Never try to book a parcel in Trackon any branch like most probably in Coimbatore. Fake peoples in Coimbatore branch making a trackon worst service. For better services better option you can use DTDC, gati, safe express, TCI, are better option...

I send one courier on 31st august to Imphal and till date it didnt reached to lmphal and showing at same place in transit to Imphal what a pathetic service its 22 days now and noone picking up the calls and no reply of email

Worst courier service ever. Didnt get delivery from Delhi to Gurgaon even in 6 daysand still no updates.More disappointing fact is they wont respond doesnt matter how you try. Tried calling customer care multiple times even raised complaint, but all in vain.If you try this service and get worst experience then dont get surprised. :(

Very worse experience every time.Irresponsible people and courier services in punjab specially Amritsar.Response time very bad.I bring medical related product for my diagnostic centres all three time I my self sent person at Amritsar witch almost 35km from my distt.Even all contact numbers are wrong or not response even in the covid situation when their charges more than the double.My last courier doc no 500076772343 reached asr on 16-5-2020 12.45. As their website showsNo response at their end till 19-5-2020I cant send my person as last two times in this crisis.My request to management please take action and streamline your services so improve your company reputation.Best regards

What a piece of bad service.Book a flight/train ticket and deliver your package yourself but do not use this company for deliveries.My package was 3 days late and They were not reachable on phone calls so I had to specially go to their office. Over there on telling them issue they reacted “what can we do for this” I literally required to shout fiercely in mid of their office disturbing whole of their operations to finally get my complaint logged.

Very worst service, No proper contact details in the website. All numbers are out of service. They will take there own suit time to deliver the packages. When we call their HO, at Narayana, C.C rep. denied to provide the contact details of the Branch and Hub.
