My newspapers from DTMT was released on 5 April but yet I havent received it as on 17 April. Worst courier service company in my life. No one receive calls, no one replies on Gmail....

Well I booked a service to Bareilly from Delhi Lajpat Nagar on 19th Feb 2016, with a promise to delivery by next day. After 6 days the package is still not delivered, having received itt at their Bareilly office on the next day. Customer service doesnt respond(written multiple emails, called up n number of times), branch offices at the both the location dont listen to. They kind of intimidate you and say we cant help it, we will deliver at our pace. I never had such kind of exp. from any other courier service. I am clueless whom to contact and what to do. This packet contains medicines for migraine , due their unprofessional and unethical attitude my relative is severely suffering.
