I dont even want to rate 1.. if you want your courier to reach on time do not send it by DTDC I was expecting a important parcel they rescheduled it last minute in the morning they show out for delivery and I kept waiting for it and evening 5ish they updated status rescheduled... Their customer care doesnt response I was on call for 12 minutes nothing. Negative things keeps on adding to the list.

The source and destination offices have absolutely no clue where the package is. Even the website is saying package misrouted, but the package has not reached any location.
