Im a young start up entrepreneur. 4 of my packets taken for delivery were returned from airport and are lying in Mayapuri branch. The Manager there Mr. Shailendra Kumar initially assured me that my packages will be delivered on time, but after few days when i called up to enquire, i was told that they had returned from the airport due to a scanning error. He was very rude in his speech and lacked basic manners to talk to a customer. I will now have to payback my customers for the delayed orders. I will certainly spread a word in my circles never to use DelhIvery , a company once awarded as a startup of the year.This is an extremely disapoointing situation where as a small start-up we feel like our money is going in the drain by partnering with companies such as Delhivery. No one is answerable on their end, i have been writing and calling them endlessly.
