Very Very pathetic service, i am also did not want to give one star, i think bsa customer care is in ICU, they not responding calls.

Very unprofessional response. Delivery guy denied the delivery and i had to ring the manager who said yes we cant deliver to your area its difficult to find address there. It was bank document. Rubbish excuse in a city like new delhi.

I was to received two letters from HDFC Bank sent by bank same day. BSA delivered one and for other I received a message that address is not traceable. How on earth they can find same house for one letter but not for other. This happens twice with me from BSA.

Never ever use the services of this courier company. Amazed to see that banks in our country are using services of this company. I want to give negative feedback. Courier boy was very rude. He gave me the packet and said give your phone number. I told him I didnt want to give my phone number. He said,achaaa one minute return the packet n then when I returned it, he took it and saidab Bata number Agar packet chahiye tau.. I called my husband and the guy went without giving us the parcel.Very ridiculous service..

In tracking it is delivered status. I have not even received the package. This happens to be courier from HSBC Bank with sensitive information. I am wondering why HSBC is using such inferior service. There was a second package shipped 8 days back and it is still en route. I had to call HSBC to cancel both. Waste of time with both HSBC and this courier.

Horrible courier service...Dont deliver, claim fictitious names to which it was delivered and then have no way to resolve...I wonder why banks use them to deliver things like PINs for Credit/Debit cards...Surely, there has to be a better courier company in existence...

Today on 14th Sept 2017, I was threatened by there courier delivery personnel right in front of my house. Reason: for not willing to share my mobile number (which is not even mandatory).
