Delivery unsatisfiedDear Bluedart team ,as per your message , it clearly mention that no contact delivery with digital payment.today morning 28-06-2021 at 7:30 am i got a call from your delivery agent for delivery. first of all its too early for a person to receive parcel .but after he reached , he didnt wear any gloves , no sanitizer.after all this he asked for the Hard Cash and that too is 8105/- .after insisting him for the digital payment he refused to do so,i have to go to ATM that is 1 km away from my home , and give him cash .i this service good ?is this the criteria in BlueDart ?were these precautions taken while delivering the parcel ?pathetic experience from BLUEDART .shipment#78503041234
