Puri Constructions Pvt Ltd is one of the worst builder in Faridabad. 3rd Grade Construction. Poor design and uneducated staff.Project handled by Corrupt people who degraded construction quality and management is sleeping.Utilities installed infront of Residents so you can not live peacefully too. No electricity and water supply from government sources. Dependent on water tankers.Its horrible place to live.Just if you have free money, go and dump in useless projects of Puri Constructions Pvt Ltd.

We have not seen pathetic builder like him. Fake Promise made, and garbage delivered. Do not buy Puri Construction project. You will loose money only. Construction quality is very very poor and No Electricity supply. People inhaling smoke of DG SET. Park is full of smoke and DIESEL GENERATORS working in middle of residential area.Owners of Puri Construction is most irresponsive and unethical people. They have target to make people fool and stolen their money only.Be alert. Do not even think to buy in Puri Construction project.

One of the most unreliable builders in NCR.they promised a lot in their brochure in the Emerald Bay project but didnt deliver. FIR for cheating has been registered again them for taking home buyers for a ride..STAY AWAY from these guys..

Owners are not responsible people and fraud mentality. Cheated us by false commitment of green patch and installed polluting DG sets and Electric panel in middle of residential areas. Whole residential area full of smoke and noise pollution.Puri is worst builder.

The Puri Emerald bay in Sector 104 Gurgaon is a bunch of extremely unprofessional facility staff, not at all helpful, and the way they speak to you is extremely rude, It does not care about your safety, it does not care about your concerns. In past 3 months we have came across 2 stealings, and poorly constructed balcony till 4 floors above me keep pelting stones whenever there is a high pace of wind, when we told this to the facility management he was extremely rude and ask us not to go into the balcony, this is completely ridiculous. This shows Puri` poor quality of construction and the poor management of Puri facility and how sensitive Puri people are towards their residents.I do not recommend this Builder to anyone at all. Please invest you hard earned money with those builder who really take care of its customers.

Purchased a unit in Amanvilas project. PCL communicate with buyer to ask money only, rest of time, no communication. You can write 1000 emails, no one will respond you.When got handover, Construction Mafia (MCC contractor of PCL) and PCL together will force you to take possession even all walls are cracks.Government Janta Flat construction work is 1000 times better and reliable than work done by PCL.In simplest term, PCL cheating innocent buyers. They do know know ABCD of construction industries. They just knows, how to cheat people.Owners just making money and left company in the hand of cheap people

The company is not customer friendly. They provided raw establishment. They did not do any effort for promoting Puri High Street 81 in Faridabad so that the footfall may increase.The company is not interested to be in the race for development in the area and does not provide to help the buyers for promotion. They should give promotional added etc. A very PITTYFUL situation.

Totally cheater company. Too costly and they do not bother at all about their customers. Once they sell their property they start behaving rudely . If somebody wants to buy they should first meet the shopkeepers welfare association of 81 , high street, faridabad. Puri builders are totally unbothered about taking initiatives to listen to their woes and complaints but charges exorbitant amount on the name of common area maintenance charges. Dont deserve even 1 star rating.

Worst company. Very unprofessional. Poor construction. Total sarkari office waala attitude. Management, CEO & VP is playing with employee career. They laid me off in March 2020 .No compensation given. Had no valid reason. I hope and have full believe in Indian court of law for giving me proper justice. Be careful. Dont deal with this company. Post delivery Puri is not taking care of Puri 81Hi Street, besides management is not responsive and behaving in very unprofessional manner even during Covid times. Fleecing shouldnt be the only thing on your mind.Poor Show.

I totally agree with all the negative reviews written about Puri Constructions, as I am also one of the fools who bought a property in Aanand Vilas, Faridabad from them.The construction quality is sub standard and there are no responsible people to help or support you. Every body says they do not have any authority, only the head office people have the authority.The head office staff Aman, Ankita really talk with lot of authority and are never of any help, they are least interested in listening to you and before you complete there is a big NO from their side.I feel cheated and will never recommend Puri Construction to any one.I am editing this review after living here for three months now.I think this place is worse than what I initially commented. Poor construction quality, poor upkeep and fake promises by the maintenance team.If you can do some research and buy a better alternative, that will be better for you.

Dont be fooled by glitter and nice talks. They wont disclose carpet and built up area even after asking even when they claim to be RERA registered. Please ask these details before you take a call. They are unethical in their dealings and should not be trusted

I hope if there was star rating below one. Very clever people, first they run after you for money and after you have paid the amount they dont even respond to you for your problems even before possession. Dont recommend to buy flats from them. Go for another builder.

Not a professional builder, promised a society to be delivered by 2020 but it says it will now be delivered 2023 (all the payment is taken). Project delays are huge ( even for properties bought by my relatives)

If you are from Faridabad & have interest in buying a property specially in Neharpar Area. Read this review very carefully. Every dealer you talk to will say that Puri is one of the best builder. No doubt about that because out of all the builders, they at least completed their projects. But dont just fall for this. Go see yourself. Only Pranayam is considered to be a good property they made till date. Puri VIP floors are not VIP anymore. Pratham is a very cheap society & residents are facing too many issues there. Aanandvilas (Most expensive project) is completed in 7 years. Amanvilas is running behind its schedule. I own 2 properties in Amanvilas & Aanandvilas & my experience with this builder is not that good. These guys are money hungry people. They sold me a property in 2016 with a lot of commitments but most of them are not fulfilled. Their builder buyer agreement is completely one sided & is in favour of builder. Read the builder buyer agreement in detail before buying to understand what I am talking about. These people will send you notices if you delay payments but wont even reply to your mails when they delay possession. These guys have written such things in BB agreement that you will feel trapped if you read that after buying a property so remember & ask them to share an agreement copy before buying. Trust me you wont buy a property from them if you read the BB agreement before buying. These guys dont stick to deadlines. If you look at the brochures of aanadvilas when it was sold & if you look at the final property, you yourself will feel that how they destroyed the entire project. Connectivity of this project is so bad. Verdict : If you wish to buy a property at Amanvilas or Aanandvilas, I suggest you should wait till they deliver the project & registries start to happen. Real Estate market is going to get hit very hard in the days to come so dont worry about the rising prices. Once they complete the entire project, get all the approvals & registries start then only buy anything. Till then save your money with yourself or invest that somewhere. They are the biggest frauds in real estate. They used Sri Sri Ravi Shankar in huge full page advertisements to attract buyers to Faridabad and sold flats to gullible customers. Over priced and shabby flats
