I always love to go here. I do really feel fascinated to the instruments. They provide the best products of good quality. They also recommend which company is better or not.

The staff were nice... They have a decent range of instruments and staff who have a decent knowledge of music... The store was clean...However the quality of work(repairs, servicing etc.) should be improved keeping in mind the slightly higher rates than would be required to service an instrument... I payed 500 rupees for my guitar service and I was unsatisfied with the service a little as the fret boards had not been cleaned and polished as they had stated that they would do before.

I wanted to buy a semi acoustic guitar but they have only full acoustic guitar.There starting range is around 6500. No lower budget guitar they have For beginner.

They have a good range and variety of these above mentioned products. Located near Lajpat Nagar Metro Station.

I recently purchased a Korg Keyboard from the Furtados. Store was super proactive in not only arranging for the keyboard but also with the onsite delivery & installation. If you’re ordering online from them, be wary of the delivery times. In the website they claim to deliver orders in 2-3 days but it takes much longer than that.Even for local orders within NCR, it can take upto 6 days.To the folks at furtados, please get a better delivery partner!

This is not the place first of all this is like a heaven for musician they have different different types and modal in each company whether its guitar, piano, mic, amp, electric guitar, acoustic, ukulele etc etc.So much managed and maintained very cleanly.I was there to have check a good acoustic guitar I was just awestruck lol.Very amazing stock for musicians.

Only advice I would give is compare rates online side by side, and then ask them for better deal. But almost many brands are available here. Great place btw.

Most of my guitars are from furtados. After sales services are great and the advice shared at furtados is precise and mostly works well in the long run.Though they are struggling with strings and other accessories since covid lockdown. I guess this is the same with other stores as well. Since last year I dont seem to find my choice of strings ever in the first go.

Very bad experience. Sold a defective Guitar to me and they refused to acknowledge and change. While we argued, we could see more defective pieces on display. Probably, more likelihood that if you go there, you might get a defective piece. Very bad experience. See the crack on th bridge of the guitar just in 3 days.

This is going to be a long review so bear with me. I purchased a Granada guitar from Furtados Store at Lajpat. When i initially bought it i was willing to buy Yamaha or something else but they somehow persuaded me in selling the Granada which is an excellent guitar. Sounds great and has beautiful wooden texture. The problem cake after 3 months of buying the guitar the tune nobs were coming out. As delhi was undergoing a lockdown i couldnt show it to them. But after 5 months i showed it to them but the person who does all the main billing was so rude. His attitude has reached a limit where he thinks he is above everyone. I personally like the person with long hair but even he stays quiet for a long period of time. There is no sense of acknowledgement to the customers who but their product. Its like lena hain toh lo nahi toh kato waha se. First thing they do not have a chair to sit. The guy was very rude he didnt acknowledged the fact that the guitar has faults. They did repair it after some heated arguments. They lack true customer service. They dont even bother if youre standing there or not. Upon repairing they said it to me that every 3 months you should get your guitar checked in their store but they didnt mention this when i was buying the guitar. I felt that this needs to be said to the music enthusiasts who plan to buy their instruments from there. Be specific, ask everything because they genuinely dont care telling you stuff. Buy what you decide dont ask them. Improve your service Furtados youre the only shop in Delhi people trust. Having said that do not give them the pleasure of persuading you into buying something you dont want. Lack of attitude and service as well.

Heard back from the team, they apologized, and asked to visit them for the issues I faced with my guitar and in general.Edit 2: Contacted the manager and visited the store. Received the service as anticipated. Changed the rating.

Probably one of the best music stores in Delhi I believe. Their staff has very good knowledge of guitars and will give you honest advice if you ask for it. Ten minutes chat with them taught me a lot about guitar specifications and what to look for when buying a slightly expensive guitar. They didnt have the guitar model I was looking to try but gave me directions to other stores nearby where I could find it. You dont usually get that kind of experience here in Delhi. Eventually I didnt buy the guitar from that market but the 10 minutes chat I had with the Furtados staff, and going through other stores in the market really helped me pick the best guitar for my budget. And I am really thankful for their advice. It kind of prevented me from buying a not so good value for money guitar that I had planned to buy earlier.

The attitude of the staff members is laughably atrocious. Went in to get a guitar (and not just fool around: Ive been playing for 15 years and I know what Im doing) - here I am, barely 5 minutes inside the store, sitting down and trying an expensive instrument and a random surly staff member walks in and demands I leave their squished little guitar testing cabin and let him play. Another guy completely ignores my request to know the price of an instrument which, strangely (like many other instruments at the store), has no price label. With conduct like that, in this day and age of reliable online stores, good luck getting far. At the very best, the people wholl be tricked into buying your stuff are novices buying their first instruments.

Infrastructure and location was good and also the service is good but not that great lets move on the main point instruments they are in a very limited quantity so before coming just call them and ask them about ur specific instruments

Location a little bit off

A music store with a great experience whether you buy an instrument or exploring what to buy. The store executives are courteous and know their stuff. Please be respectful inside the store, towards instruments and people.

Guys never go to Furtados for repairing your guitar. I have a very bad experience there.I took my fender for servicing there coz my strings are buzzing on the 12th fret.But they charge 800 for just cleaning a replacing your guitar with new strings (i pay for the strings seperately) and didnt fix my buzzing issues and whats worse is they replaced my bridges springs and nuts with their old ones. Im never buying anything from Furtados ever again.(Edit) Notice how all the nuts are shorter than my original nut on the low E string. Now I cant adjust my intonation on the Bridges.

Im writing this review to appreciate the polite and helpful people at the store especially Ray and Anirudh. If youre in Delhi then I must say you should definitely check this store out! The store has a variety of products to offer to both low and high end budget customers.

The store is good and has a lot of instruments. However, their stock is limited due to the lockdown.

Helpful staff. Good selection. And they have sales and promotions regulary, and will even throw in some free goodies with your purchases.I would recommend this. Mostly because both the guys who man the counters are young and extremely helpful and patient.

The store has a variety of western instruments though all the popular products are usually out of stock but can be ordered if needed. The staff is good. The only problem is that the store is a bit expensive and does not have instruments for beginners who just want to try the instrument.

I was here to get a guitar for my son. I know very less about music and guitars. They have good quality instruments, but the staff is not very enthusiastic about showing you different varieties or trying to understand what you might want innorder to help you make a choice. Seems like a good place for professionals who know what they want, but new learners might feel a bit stuck.

Three stars for wide variety of instruments that they have. I went there 10 days back as i wanted to make use of lockdown and to finally learn guitar. I had made up my mind as to buy yamaha guitar and i bought that. My ruse is that guy there was not particularly keen or interested in making me comfortable or anything. Afterall, all i knew was nothing/nada/zilch and i hoped the guy would help me out. Maybe it was not his job, but i read somewhere in reviews that guys there are very helpful. Do your analysis on youtube beforehand and go there especially if you are a novice. Do not fancy human warmth. Anyway, nicely stocked. And, he helped me tune guitar to begin with. So, yeah I am thankful too. You can buy guitar here or online, all that matters is a real salesguy waould make you feel less awkward around these big instruments.

Wonderful place, I just hope there were much stocks but Furtados as always takes to the old ones first being sold out and then get newer ones. The instrumets should be updated as there are very fewer choices to make through. But but.. It is furtados anyways, the after sales service and staffs are wonderful. Look for the guy named NG, he indeed is the best person to be around with in the store. Thumbs up.

Nice quality products

Repairman not very aware of what spare parts are sold separately. Only repairs parts that are salvaged from other instruments. Lacks quality of repair and a little too expensive as well. Its easier, cheaper, safer and quality-wise better to repair it yourself.

Great store if you are looking for guitar. Good service by the employees. Almost all the brands and instruments are available. Although you might find to locate the store difficult because its underground. Must visit if you are looking for an instrument. I have ordered my Epiphone Les Paul already from there!

Was expecting a larger selection of instruments as compared to Bombay and Bangalore. Staff are polite and helpful. Picked up a jumbo box guitar from the store and was fully satisfied.

Been here numerous times for guitar related items so I can speak only for the guitar department. Never really had a good experience here. The staff here are usually aloof, inexperienced and lacked knowledge. On one ocassion a staff demoed me a Tube amp and fitted in a Distortion pedal in the FX loop to my utter amusement. I also witnessed them stuffing in an electric guitar into a gig bag with the whammy bar still fixed to the bridge.Like most music stores most of the items on display here are entry level to mid range equipments. There are a bunch of music stores about 300 meters to their right who sell the same items at lower rates.

The person who takes care of this place is so down and unenthusiastic.The place is really good but the instruments are not gonna come up to sell themselves.I asked the person twice but its so unethical the way they behaved.I left the place without any support.People come from far away places just to be advised and get information from you because they believe in you, but !!!!!!My advice : dont ruin a beautiful place with unenthusiastic people. Live upto your name FURTADOS!!!

Very friendly and helpful staff. A large range and variety of music instruments. Instrument repair and servicing quality is up to the mark. Best thing, one can play the instruments here on every friday with other musicians for they call it the Friday Jam. This place has a really nice aura. I recommend every musician to visit Furtados.

I bought a Granada GVA-5 violin some time ago. Its a good quality beginners violin for a good price. Please do not buy your instruments online. For the same price, you can get a much better piece at a trusted brand.

Its one of the only known music shops around delhi. Their online service is much better as there is a huge variety on their website. You might not get what you want if you directly visit the store.

From Gibson to Fender to Squier they have something that will suit your pocket. Truly a gem in this city where most other music stores only retail in Chinese knock offs of famous music gear manufacturers. Go for it! Mr. Darshan is my go-to guy. Really friendly and helpful.
