This was my second time with Continental and I would love to highlight that it was a great experience. I have applied for Canadian Visa for my parents. Sonia from the team helped me with all the formalities including fixing the appointment, and then with the documentation and answering all my silly questions calmly.We thought it would be a stressful procedure but she explained us everything in detail and helped us in each and every step. This is absolutely a fraud consultancy. We approached them for Schengen visas for a group of people, and they collected huge amount from us only for the documentation. All applications were rejected by VFS Global because of poor documentation. Please dont depend on these kind of fraud agencies. The staffs are not at all professional, doesnt have any knowledge about what they are doing. They dont respond properly after collecting money. So, please stay away from them. I wouldnt give a single star rating, as they dont even deserves that.

Absolutely fake and unethical people. Gave me fake bookings for visa for a charge, it did not pass the embassys check. Appealed to the embassy,against conntinental immigrations strong advise not to, only to realize that these people had given bad bookings. Spoke immuturly and rudely when I confronted them.Over charged me for travel insurance. I lost money on Visa application, 5-6k on their fake booking charge and travel insurance. Not to mention time and effort.This was a while back, doesnt matter. Ive moved on since. Reported their conduct to the embassy.Just writing this review so others can be careful.

These people are big scammers. Cheaters fraud. Dont waste your hard earned money on them. They are making fool . They are least bothered about you once you make the payment to them. I have paid them but still no response from their side . Now no one replying on mail neither attending call.
