I purchased binoculars and Nikon D-5600 camera from Dass Studio. The service boy showed me the way to operate camera and acquainted me with its technicalities. He packed my camera and binoculars without showing me the camera bag properly. However when i reached home and checked my stuff, the belt holder of the camera bag was clearly broken. It is really frustrating to buy a brand new stuff and get broken stuff in turn. Never going there again. Feel cheated.

People are rude here, they deal with customers like they are doing favour over them. I dont know whats the problem why cant they talk people in a humble manner.

Located in CP, this shop is a nice place if you have to buy any camera or camera accessory. I myself bought a camera and a battery from here. The good thing is their service. I forgot to take a bill of the stuff I bought from here so after over a month, I visited again and I made the request of the bill. I was asked to visit the account department. I went there and asked for the bill and told the situation. The accountant did several crosscheck but couldnt find in his system. But ultimately I was able to provide me.You can shop camera, lenses, tripod, gimbals, camera bags or any sort of accessories you need for photography.

It is now more an electronic shop than a photo studio. Went there for a family photograph but was disappointed to see there photo studio upstairs which is a small cringey room. On top of it their prices are exorbitant and it appears that they are mainly exploiting there old nostalgic brand value.

I regret going to this store all the way from my residence in Ghaziabad. The staff as well as the owner is extremely arrogant. They refuse to serve the customer if that customer hasnt purchased the product from them.

They just sold me an Osaka UV filter for 1200. This is available online between 209-600 only. Now I agree shops can charge 100-200 more but this was insane. I will avoid it. After it was pointed out, the studio returned money and took back the filter.

Rates are generally fixed. A good place to buy dslr and other things like tripod and monopod etc..

Worst people,(You dont get to be ass_oles and good retailers at the same time)worst place for Timex products: Timex official website enlists this place as their authorized service centre, I got at dass studios for exchanging (purchasing) leather strap of my 2 yr old Timex watch.The only response I got from people at dass that aapko Noida service centre Jana padega.Guess thats the reason Im writing this long reviewThey really pissed meWell I didnt expect Timex would do such misleading thing. They have great product. However this retailer really needs to learn how to treat customers.I mean why the hell your place is on the website if Im supposed to go to Noida center just to get a strap.
