They r a big fraud , I purchase renewed and refurbished laptop from then bit it is damaged, and 2nd hand used laptop. As it is used from last 1.5 years. I have received the laptop and it is damaged and it looks like used for 1.5 year. Its not refurbished but it is 2nd hand used laptop
