Mukesh has been offering good products and services since long.Shop can repair old laptops, hard drive and have accessories for laptops, computers etc.Shop is quite old and have been offering services for a long time.If some products are not available, they can also order it for you and deliver it to you.

Pathetic customer service. Dont buy anything from them. I bought a monitor from them. It only ran for 4 months, went to them for service, its been a month monitor did not even moved from the place. I went to them atleast 4 times for the status, employee nahi hai.. Nehru place leke jaana hai banda nahi.. same bhane every time.. but result was 0.My genuine advice please dont buy anything from them.

I wish I could give minus 5 star to the owner of this retail shop,he sold me a laptop which was defective, camera not working, USB not working properly and , and even charged me a higher rate as compare to other retail store or online. ..he just wanted to sell Lenovo products to customer, I guess he would be getting a great deal from Lenovo..Then he called me to repair, I travelled 50 Kms and at the end he told me told call Lenovo customer care as he cant do anything about it..it was just a week old laptop, and my mistake was to trust him blindly and didnt check laptop properly and I went through some reference.Thinks to notice1. Lenovo products are really very bad2. this shop is not worth to buy so expensive product, preference would be visit some big brands like croma, vijay sales, or lenovo or hp store..brokers would always loot u, or sell those products which has low demands...
