Horrible services. Wifi not working properly, every time showing no internet 😠

Horrible service. they dont response to the customer request. Internet connection fluctuates a lot. So, I decided to shift to Excitel. They have not even refunded the security amount which has been pending with them from the past 15 days. Just pathetic and completely unprofessional behavior.

I have been using netmax for last 2 years, but recently the service quality is turning worse. They have started taking customers for granted which will not be good for their business in long run. Thinking of moving to some other service provider after this recharge gets over.

-They cut services even if you are an hour late for your bill payment.- i live in karol bhag where there very head office is situated and still the wifi gets disrupted for hours and there is no response from customer service.-Almost every month i have faced a situation that the wifi doesnt work for over a day.-Imagine the most difficult people to talk to and that comprises the customers service of NETMAX-I would never ever recommend this service to anybody that i know.

Netmax computers provides the worst internet on this planet. I run an E-commerce company and I need the internet services every day. They promise a 99% SLA yet every day, I have to fear that the internet goes of. Our entire company (100 people) depend on netmax. I do not want to know how many productive hours, we have lost due this subclass product. It is great to know that their subclass product is complemented with their insanely bad customer service.

It does not deserve even a single star, they are bunch of thugs who do not receive calls and always say problem will be solved in 30 mins. I bought its connection last week and already faced 3 times no internet service. Never ever ever ever buy its services.this
