I wouldnt recommend Mr. Ravinder Dixit for any kind of services, as he has not done his work properly.

Gave my laptop with utmost trust to Mr. Dixit at CNC, not only did he not repair my laptop as promised, he had the audacity to tell me yes I couldn’t repair it and also i know your laptop got some new scratches cause it was mishandled by me, sorry.If you can’t do your job well maybe you should reconsider your presence in the company for particularly cause of your behaviour and attitude i will never trust or recommend CNC to anyone.

One of the most pathetic experience. My whole life savings were wasted because of these people. They dont even listen to you clearly about problems.I think they play pubg in office and they are here to hangout not to work.Strongly dont recommend them and I will avoid buying apple products if this is the after sales experience.

Kept my laptop for a month, could not repair it, when I asked for it, Mr. Ravinder Dixit took one week to return the laptop back, got my laptop back in even worse condition than given in, had new scratches on it. Wouldnt recommend visiting them at all. Careless attitude towards expensive machinery is not acceptable.Curemed.

Gave my laptop for repair to Mr. Dixit who did not bother to honour to return my laptop on time and simply made excuses. At last when I got it back, I realized it had been dropped/ mishandled and contained scratches on the body, to which Mr. Dixit refuses responsibility. This is just bad bad service. Never recommending anyone!

CNC provides solutions for all IT needs and excellent after-sales customer service. Its definitely a one-stop shop whether one wants to buy laptops, servers, accessories, cctv camera, or want to simply get repair job done.

Awfully bad at customer service.Mr. Dixit took my friend’s laptop and has returned the same in a horrible condition with scratches all over, accepted his mistake and did nothing about the loss. Such careless attitude towards the reputation of his company.Go anywhere for repair but not here!!!!!

I gave my mac to be repaired to this store and i have no clue how badly they treated it, but it was returned to me with several scratches and in a very bad condition. Not even being able to repair the mac was the cherry on top, they didn’t even do the one job we gave them to complete by repairing the laptop. It’s now in horrible condition, don’t ever take your devices to this store. Very very disappointed with the service.
