The staff is helpful. It took me 10 minutes to get my query sorted out. Theyll do the max with the power they are given.

This is RC 3 shifted from Dwarka sec 7 to Naraina.. Staff still busy in setting up things.. Office is still under construction for parking area.. Visited for study material

Now they are not giving directly study material from the center, only way to get your Study Material is by post.Staff is cooperative,Following the Covid 19 guidelinesIf you are visiting here to get your Study Material, then dont come , they will simply deny to give directly to you.For January session 2020 students , study material will be delivered till 20th November

I visited there for some enquiries. At the counters, they do not address students queries or grievances properly. Lill rudeness in their voice and ways.

I want to change the surname. First i went to Dwarka then naraina vihar for changing the surname. They are really not corporative and told me to go to other center which is in saket. They are not able to pick call, not able to attend the students in a appropriate way. Worst experience with the centre and ignou.

Contact no. is unable to reach. Dwarka Delhi 3 regional centre which has been shifted to Naraina Vihar is of no use if we are unable to contact regional centre. Before shifting they had provided good service.

On 11 july i went to regional office dwarka after taking half day leave from my office for a small query and after reached i came to know that its shifted to naraina. No information has been given through mail or sms.

Due to no response on mails and calls I reached RC naraina Vihar Delhi, My concern was why 2nd year promoted papers(TEE June 20) marks not updated to grade card? The man sitting in Counter No. 2 replied that it will be given when you will clear 3rd year, but actually it should be given based on 1st year marks average. Means the officer sitting there had no idea and confusing the students by his lack of knowledge. So I wrote to the VC and other superior officers of IGNOU with all these things with proof and finally got updated my marks.

Very poor staff and management. They dont share proper information. If you want to enquire about something they never ever reply to your emails and will not ans. Calls. . poorest of the poor institute and its services. I could not have even rated 1. I will make complaints to higher level for their behaviour.

Not visible properly. Hidden between side shops. No highlight so you can see it from far.. its on a narrow road where vehicles are parked so you just crosses it without noticing.

The management of (IGNOU delhi rc-3) is too bad. I had taken admission in july 2019. I had also submitted my assignments but still now they hadnt updated my marks/ grade card. I was eligible for promotion but still they havent promoted me and when I visit there (when lockdown was over)they just said wait for some time. But still now they havent updated also they didnt reply to my calls and emails. My almost 2 years are waste. The worst management. Now what should I do please tell me.

Worst management I ever encounter. Multiple phone numbers are available on their website but all of them are either not reachable or switched-off. It doesnt matter where do you live, in any case you need visit the office personally.

Go on normal days they do their work after the last date due to flexible addmission policy

If there would be option to give 0 star, I would have done that,Staff is adamant and uninformed themselves, they wouldnt even care about your queries, all you is gonna hear that contact Head office which is in Maidangarhi,Contact number is just a gimmick, try your luck , their are slighest chance that your call would be entertained.I wouldnt say IGNOU system is worst , but the working environment of this center is only pathetic.If youre coming here for work make sure youve got ample time.Connectivity is pretty decent, through Metro you can deboard at Palam station or Sector 9, from their you can get Auto or E-rickshaws, Youll find ample of bus connectivity.

I am not happy after taking admission in IGNOU 😏 its my biggest mistake.

Worst regional centre everStaffs have very bad behaviour .They dont even answer to your queries properly.They ask to collect your books from Rc but when u reach there they will simply deny to give books by saying they dont have your books .So from where a student should get his/her books ?

High rush environment almost every dayof course they will do your work , in their own convenience.admission, books, classes, almost everything available here.Opposite to SBI, Rmphal Chowk can be seen through normal traffic

Very crowded. Little space for parking.staff is good and helpful.your all queries will dissolve when you present.

Good Place..... Near a good lankmark (Ramphal Chowk). A bit issue because far from both Bus stand and metro, you need to take rikshaw if comming by public transport. Facility is good.

Pathetic staff, they do not want to answer anyone properly. Proper govt employees who takes lunch breaks and tea breaks on time but do not want to work on time. Feels like taking admission in ignou was my worst mistake ever

They are not treat good their students,they did not resolve their problems and behaviour also not good they talking rudely.

Due to Covid it has become difficult make enquiries here and there are long queues but fortunately staff is still very helpful although their availability is quite in short supply

The management of Ignou & RC DELHI 03 Dwarka is so bad, No one is ready to answer students,their process is just unacceptable I have submitted my assignment twice,I have also written many applications,emails,calls but they simply ignore students problems & they are not updating my theory Marks of BCOA01 & I appeared for this exams in the month of sep 2020 kindly check my examination attendance sheet,but being a poor student I have to give this exams along with LSE09 exam due to poor management. I have to suffer & my whole year wastes.Thanks for this.

Worst category of people work here, they have zero professionalism and zero accountability. Most of them doesnt seem to be literate, they behave as if they never went to any school. If any senior govt official is reading this please fire them as soon as possible they are playing with the lives of thousands,I have paid extra for offline study material around 5000 rupees and its been more than 11 month and I havent received it yet and nobody is taking responsibility for it when asked.

Very bad experience. No one answer ur phone call nor respond on mail. I didn’t get my study material of JAN-2020 session. Don’t know how to get went post office but they say they need tracking number but tracking number is also not provided to me.

Ignou is the open university and it helps students to manage their studies as well as other things like job or course simultaneously. But I dont why it doesnt follow UGC guidelines. My Ignou registration is going to expire in December 2020. I urge you to Please either conduct exams or promote students to the next level. If we are irregular student then it does not mean we do not worth any importance. When lakhs of students have paid their June term end exam fee then ignou should do something as soon as possible.

IGNOU Staff is very helpful and now online admission is available so there is not much rush.So you may take online admission in June or January session and your books will be delivered to your home which is good you will also receive time to time SMS for Books , Exam forms and other fee or Re - Registration.
