High Society. Clean & Green Place.Highly Secured.

Its a high end residential colony in the neighborhood of Anand Niketan. Prominent places around it include Delhi University (South Campus). The place is nice for a leisurely walk if you are in the neighborhood with its clean and quiet roads and good neighborhood parks.

Its a very good area.The security is very strict of westerns colony.Many foreigners live here.

The West End Society of Delhi was started by Brig. Rajendra Singh. Later MAj.Gen Nehra who had an artillery division in Gurgoan joined. Mrs. Indrani Singh sister of Mrs. Nehra lent money for Rani Shaver to open an office in the Community shopping centre. Gen Dube stepped in with col khanna to to expand the society.The president of the Society Maj Gen Nehra tried to gain the khanna property and was sued.

Place is overbuilt,sense of being squeezed in,walking pavement is encroached by booths of security guards who keep staring like scarecrows at anybody walking by.Place is smelly.It is one of Delhis premier living areas.It is premier for swines in human form.
