Place is good and rooms are clean. The basement is the best place to stay and do all your work.Overall living cost is high, as they dont provide the access to kitchen. Students or guests staying for long-term cant order from canteen everytime.

The new third party experience of Quality service with Ohai, has been very uncomfortable for us staying at the hostel. Were we have to scan the QR codes and place the order ,this is frustrating we cant explain it as a traveler. Given that we are travellers who prefer stayinv on the move rather than in the rooms, it us my preferred system to pay offline. Where life feels real.

The hosteller Delhi is one of the best accommodation services I have visited in a long time, the kindness and the compassion of the staff is visible from far,The original team of The Hostellers is impeccable,Now, why I only gave a 3 star is simple,The new third party services of Ohai-Quality has been troublesome for me and a few other guests staying at the property.Testing out a new service which requires everyone to operate daily essentials like food and drinks through a QR URL definitely sounds pleasant but when we are physically present at the property, there has to be an alternative payment method of Cash. This is India, not all of us are privileged enough to have a phone, a Bank, an UPI. Ask the Auto rikshawalas.

Absolutely fabulous stay with engaging activites organised on a daily basis. Rooms are clean and best is they dont have AC Timing regulations which is absurd in the tropical country like India.Crew - I wouldnt call them staff is amazing and helpful in all terms. The management ( Joy and Bhuvan at the reception) is warm and responds to all your queries and process your requests very quickly. It is only 3 min walk away from the nearest metro station. They also provide pure vegetarian food options at the hotel. As we wanted to try Delhi food we had takeaway throughout our stay, the management was chill with it and provided us all the plates and cutlery. Has a huge basement to hangout with your friends. The rooms and washrooms are cleaned everyday. The booking can be done using their website as well. At the price there isnt any other better option. I stayed in a 8-bed dorm for a week ( & in a 6- bed dorm in my previous stay) and got to meet people from different parts of the country. Would highly recommend having a stay here.

The hostel is premium quality at a good location with spacious rooms.But the housekeeping had done a very poor job. The room didnt seem to be cleaned or sanitized after the previous guests. Especially during the pandemic, cleanliness is paramount. The flush wasnt working and there was no electricity in the morning.The staff is friendly. They have a good cafeteria.

It was more like a luxury hotel, than a hostel. Widely built rooms, cosy beds, huge common area were lively. They have in house cafe too. For a comfortable stay, apt choice in delhi.

Wrote a review earlier where one of feedbacks was that the cafe wasnt functional and it should have been informed to the customer beforehand. Got a reply saying that an investigation was conducted by them and it was informed to me that cafe wasnt functional on a pre check in call. Changing my rating from 2 to 1 as it is simply incorrect, I didnt receive any call and also because this info should be available at the time of booking and not after booking as its just even more deceiving to let the customers book and then let them know the issues with the property. Then not just customers would have to change their plans but they would also lose money on cancelling the booking. Bravo. Btw, one of the other feedbacks was that the exterior of the property was a mess.

I had a great experience here in The Hosteller Delhi. The service provided by Adwitiya, Amritam, Firdos and the whole team was very welcome . Ill definitely visit soon and suggest other to visit it once when they come to Delhi.

I have stayed your property for a night and i checked in late night but i would like to tell you is the night stuff is really humble and nice. they helped me for small thing and SHYAM carried out my luggage to 3rd floor. the guy AMRUTAM, ADVITYA and SHYAM aka shyamu, i loved this man. he cheered up my mood with his joke and make me comfortable and i felt really relaxed, so active and passionate for his job. kudos !! to his work. you have such a great team.

I had a very bad experience. Right from entering the compound I faced many difficulties. Even though we checked in almost n hour late,1. We were told at the counter that plumbing needed to be fixed. And it will take an hour or so to get fixed.2. Washrooms were cleaned after we checked in , that too after us complaining.3. There was no water in the room alloted.Half the time people kept coming in to repair.Also few promised items in the description werent present in the room.I suggest to pls check the room personally before paying full rent in advance.

Because staff is so good with behaviour and not even staff and manager but also trainees are super cool. I had a chance to meet amazing trainees like Areejita, and we visited kasol property and mate Supratim aka Joy. This time we mate Amritam, Adwitiya and Aafaq khan these people are so young and making it with super cool way.Thank you to make our stay comfortable and feel like home 🌸

Very lively place. Located on the main road close to ashram metro station.The managers are very warm are ready to answer all your queries. The dorms are clean hygienic and spacious. They also have a functional cafe where food is available at nominal prices. Overall a wonderful experience staying there .

Its was below average with the price I paidI mean right from the start the problems started1. The first room they gave us had cockroaches2. Then they changed the room and the second was better but still the washroom was not clean and there were issues with flush and shooter3. The wifi never connects take it from me never4. We gave 500 per day for breakfast and we got a poha and sandwich in the morning telling us no eggs because they are vegetarian5. No body there wore mask not even the housekeeping6. They washed the mugs in the washbasin infront of me.My room cost was 2200 per day and all I got was this i checked out early and saved myself.

The service here is really excellent. They provided us all the necessities instantly after the request were made. Some of the care takers like Azad, Joy and bhuvan were very nice. The reservation system is not elastic but everything else was perfect. One suggestion would be keeping water filters at every floor so hostellers dont have to come down to fill their bottles. Overall it was a very good experience.

I stayed here for long stay and its a best hostel I enjoyed my time over here and staff is best specially manager bhuwan is great and so sweet person he is always ready to help you.. improvisation needed in common kitchen which is not working.

Amazing support staff and fabulous hospitality.. they just never said NO to anything... I checked out on 8th July when i was out by 6th July night after the horrible experience at the hosteller. The manager and his team were not atall helpful. They gave me room which was dirty, had damaged flush, handspray and it was beside a commercial use room where knitting work was constantly happening. It was very noisy and suffocating to stay in a dirty room during the pandemic situation. Cleanliness and hygiene was not there. The washroom was very dirty when i entered room. I had to call the front desk to send housing. This is unpardonable and I had to levae in the middle of the Tuesday / early Wednesday night because of the flush not working. These basic necessities werent available at this place. I have had the most horrible and uncomfortable experience ever in any hotel or hostel. I have already filed a consumer complaint. When i was leaving the front desk receptionist told that they had sent a plumber which means that early morning they knew that the flush wasnt working before even i realized it. The prior knowledge of a damaged flush is cause enough intentionally troubling me as a guest at the hotel. I had the worst experience at this hotel ever.

I was traveling solo and concerned about womens safety. It is very safe place for solo female travelers and the best thing was cafe, I did not have to go outside for lunches or dinners as they provided everything there.I would highly recommend it,🤘

Hey folks !So it’s been more than 1 month in hosteller delhi and i had a good time with some good bunch of people. not only travellers but also their crew and specially interns. I would love to introduce specially Arijeeta, such a good human being, humble and work active. She was handling things beautifully. So my stay became more comfortable and joyful.Sometime you will face small problems but somehow your stay will be good and you won’t regret. I didn’t but maybe you can 🤣🤣🤣 jokes a part but I would recommend travellers to stay in Hosteller.

I recently went to delhi for some work and stayed at this hostel. Its a very nice hostel with amazing facilities and great rooms. They have officially website to make reservations and breakfast is very yummy.

My stay with hosteller in McLeodganj was ok ok. I stayed and working from there for 13 to 14 days. Good thing is I met with amazing group of people which turned into good friends now. Kabir (manager) was helpful, friendly and understanding other than this,I just wanna through light on some of the issues -How can a workstation is a workstation without power backup and good WiFi?You come in hostel for chill environment but can you really expect this thing in McLeodganj hosteller?NoooooOne of the manager is kinda moody also, if he is in good mood so he’ll talks you normally or other time he is so rude.Beds were really comfy but washrooms and kitchen were pathetic.

Its basically a hotel, converted few rooms into dormitories with bunk beds. Initially I opted for dormitory bed but I found it uncomfortable in many sense, so I upgraded for separate room by paying extra money.Room was good enough with all the amenities like mini refrigerator, AC, wardrobes & toiletries. Rates were decent too.But quality of food served was pathetic & very much overpriced.

I had a stay of 3 days, The hostel is at good location, rooms were good, staff was friendly. Food was Okay. However, washroom was a problem, there was no jet and the flush was not working.

I took a private room which was clean and quiet. So lovely and great first impression of hostel. Really good breakfast.Close proximity to metro station.

The room was tiny yet cosy enough. It was tidy and had all the amenities. Washroom too was clean. The area was nice and safe and close to the shopping centre which made it more worthy. What lacked were the absence of few things like landline, youve to get up and go to the reception for anything you wanted and the TV too wasnt working. The host were gentle people and youd even meet a nice doggo hosting you! Overall it was a great experience and I look forward to further stays with THE HOSTELLERS!

One of the worst hostels I have been to in my entire life. And believe me I have been to 3 of the other Hostellers. The Staff was outright rude and forced me to get a private room and dint really respond well to any of our questions. We reached there very early at 6.30 AM since our bus reached there at that time. We asked for an early checkin since we will leave in the evening anyway since I had a flight. There was only one Housekeeping guy there and he refused to answer or even give the managers number. Later we slept in the common area and no one had offered us room even after the manager had come. We had to go and check for the manager and we were forced to take a private room. This looks like a hotel which was closed for long time was redone to be a hostel. Dint fell good staying here at all.

It was my first time to Delhi and stayed here for two weeks. Even it was a budget hostel , the facilities were amazing. The staff(Salman, Raju, Dilip and everyone) was friendly and helped a lot.The Hostel Location is very very near to Ashram metro station. In this hostel, we can find both type of places, to spend time alone and to chill with others. There is recreation room in basement.Food is good. House keeping is carried out daily. Lockers are big size fit, to any type of luggage . Laundry service is with reasonable price.My first time visit to delhi and staying in this hostel was great experience and memorable. Wishing to stay here, if get the chance again n surely recommend it.

The Hosteller is 2.4Km from NZD Railway Station and 400M from Ashram Metro Station. The place has option from Double room to Single room to Dormitory. They have kitchen facilities where breakfast, lunch and dinner order can placed. Hotel is maintain well and you can find many traveler from different part of India. This place can be consider as great option for budget accommodation. Would love to visit this place again. :)

This is not a hotel, its just like a second home for me, i visited hundred of hotels due to my schedules but the hospitality which i get in The Hosteller was top notch the manager Abhisheak Singh and whole staff was so ethically professional and friendly that i used to spent maximum of my time doing chit chat with them at reception and the vibe there is next level, God Bless them

My stay at The Hosteller Delhi was quit an experience, very convenient to travel around the city as the metro station is at walking distance.I visited NFC market and tried Shawarma of Albake is just funtastic.Food at the Hostel tasted very nice just like home cooked meal,🤗

I have stayed in this hostel for 8 days, the hostel became my second home away from home in Delhi, cleanliness, ambience, staff behaviour were awesome. The common room is the place to hang out.It will injustice if I dont mention, Salman,bhuvan abhisekh, aziz N their team for thier humble and awesome hospitality.Its a place to live in.....!!!I will really miss this place....!! Pathatic services they dont open Kitchen on Sunday and between 2pm to 6pm and when u asked thier stuff are like as they dont care , specially stuff name Raju was behaving as if he is running a chai shop , I dont recommand specially when you with any female friend

This property recpetionist & property md was worse he have mis behaved with and he was like bhar a they ware not atal professional they ware behaving like goons .

Dormitories are of average quality. Bathroom is also ok, but flush was leaking and was not repaired.Food quality is not at all good. Amenities are also not good. Staff does not have basic manners to talk to the guests. Very rude behavior. I would suggest not to go there at all.
