In India, It is never recommended to open an account in standard chartered. We are associated with SC as a corporate channel but SC never value their customer even after fraud cases of SC. It is totally disappointed service and action of SC staff. Totally ridiculous, we are started process to move to ICICI Bank.Very bad experience, u ll regret as me one day if u open an account.

Today is my last day for doing some formalities with regards to my account.I reached 30minutes before closing of bank.The employee SANDEEP KUMAR is genuine in providing service with a atmost level of politeness and helping tendency. @Standard chartered take care of your employees as they do care your business.

Good e-banking services, now you can have saving account at zero balance with every basic services Such as cheque, atm card, etc. Without any additional charges.

Very poor service, I went there to update my mobile number on 6th May where the start updating but after few minutes later they mentioned its taking longer then expected time, and I have to wait for 5 to 10 minutes after 5 minutes they mentioned system is down and I have to write an application and i submitted application and they told me it will take 3 business days to update but now today its 13th May and still no updated. Call to Customer care but same they are unable to update or raise a complain. In SBI my mobile was updated with a minutes but here in Stanc becoming worst then our government banking..

Standard Chartered Bank had a great looking branch when it was first opened but now looks shabby and aged. Maintenance is of a poor quality. In particular the basement area is exceptionally poor as there is NO aircon or cooling in the Very Humid Locker room. Despite several complaints no body cares and act helpless to do anything as they are too junior.
