Worst service ! Worst people ! Worsl salesman ever - Jaspreet Singh. A bunch of cheaters , liars and big frauds. Our water softener did not work since first day. They provided no service. Wasted all our money because of this lying bunch of grp.

This company is very bad, do NOT give them business. they took money for a 2 year contract, did the service just once, sent the guy home without checking records and then refused to do the needful replacements of filters etc. they call EVERY DAY to get a contract renewed but dont provide service on the current running one. The manager is an absolute idiot who doesnt know how to manage customer complaints. this is a total fraud company. And look at some feedbacks - their own people post 5 star reviews.
The Worst Experience ever...The product installed was defected again we need to chase your branch office in Naraina Vihar, New Delhi. But no one is bother to resolve our issues when we called at the Branch Office and told them to Lodge the complaint in the Head Office they were least bothered about the same and told us to do so....Now its almost 2 Weeks the product is defected, Yesterday when we called up again to pick up their product from our premises and refund the amount, they told us they are resolving it Yesterday only, but in the evening we got a call that the part is not available hence we need to wait.
I had installed pristine zero b at my residence in vasant kunj new delhi from ion exchange. i was very happy with their service and the product so in 20114 i bought their commercial model T-25 for my restaurant in vasant vihar. but as of now i am very unhappy with their services from last one year.my house address and my restaurant address both are registered on my husbands mobile no. but from last six months whenever we make a complaint only my house address shows but restaurant address is nowhere in notice. after repaeated calls the customer care executive suggested that i make another id for my restaurant on another no so that all confusions get over. i did the same and they gave me a complaint no and id which is again on my house address. the seniors dont pick up the phone, the executive who had come to install the machine does not pick up the calls.so whom to compalin? such are the services of this company. f5rom last one month i am trying to explain and everytime a new executive is on the line and again the same process of explanation goes on.so today finally i decided to put it on the website so that if some senior will read i hope they will try to contact us and solve the problem.
