These are my personal opinions and experience.Pros1) Online Account opening services are very good. It took few minutes to open new account.2) Mobile App is good (but does not take complaint until KYC done)3) Global customer care number4) choose yourself account number5) FD Interest ratesCons1) But account KYC procedure takes more than 3 days, physical present at branch, form submission, proofs hard copy (if video KYC(1st attempt) fails)2) There is no problem with employees but process defined. they need a re-visit along with timelines.3) Receiving new A/Cs debit card may take more than 5 days (HDFC have instant account and kit)4) No cash deposit machine facilities5) Locker charges 5k are much costlier (3k for YES + discount for premium customer)6) Global customer care number cannot contact branch in the times of pandemic, BRANCH NUMBERS SHOULD BE PROVIDED ON BANKs WEB SITE7) No panel for registering queries for NEWLY JOINED CUSTOMER/NEW RELATIONSHIP8) Credit card offers are not great(HDFC offers great offers)9) Please add OTP for 2 Factor AuthenticationYES, KOTAK Other private banks are offering much better services

In over five decades of my banking experience with various banks, I have yet to see a more shameless,dishonest, cheat and  irresponsible bank like Indusind Bank. First they keep funds of a new customer in suspense without any reason and then they freeze his account with totally illegal and dishonest intentions. Neither their branch nor their nodal officer bother to look into grievance of customers. The style of functioning of this bank is akin to that of a dacoits. Specially janakpuri branch manager Mr Vikram and SDM Ms Sunaina are horrible.

I visited IndusInd branch on 15/06/19 as my wife wanted to update her phone number with the bank. Here we were warmly greeted and welcomed by Ms. Inder with a warm smile and with great courtesy. She helped us with the process with utmost care. We thank her for her great hospitality and pleasant behaviour. We were delighted to come at this branch. Thanks a Ton Ms.Inder./Satyawati

Sabse bekar branch hi.yha ka staf sahi nahi hi.staf galti karta hi custemer care ko call nahi lagta.ye log apna manmani karta hi.
