Had a great shopping experience here - the team is following sanitization guidelines and staff is wearing masks and gloves with ample sanitizer available for customers.The staff is super polite and help you select the best shirts from their huge range of fabrics and customization options.The quality of shirts is really good and usually last me 3 years when used for daily office wear. Great experience, and even greater customer service! People here ensured that for me. Had come in to try out what theyre about. As much as i was pleased and happy with the fit that they gave me in the very first time, I wasnt so much with the fabric that I had chosen, however, that being my own mistake, the team there was so understanding and accommodative that they went out of their way and made sure that I was happy with what I was taking. Props to them for it. I would love to come back here, but would also like if there were more button and styling options.Wish I could give more than 5 stars for the service I got at the Basant Lok store. Cheers!
