This application will forward to SDM Office and your DIrector general too . I would like to share todays incident my sister inform everywhere but no one tell her where he collected her x - ray report then local patient told her about the venue where x ray reports available then One single person sit over there and did his work then she asked him that where she collect her report but he couldnt answer she stand there around 45 min then i asked him sir how much time have you taken more than he couldnt reply so asked guard he doesnt speak than he started shouted on me and try to hit and attack on me by his pen , please you can see in CCTV footage, please sir look into it matter and kindly request to you take any action against him otherwise they never take it seriously

MAIDS Hospital is one best hospital for Dental Treatment. This is not only hospital this also rearchar and medical college. this is totally government hospital. Admision fee 10 rupee, X-Ray 40 rupaye etc. All rate are very cheap, but should be enough time for treatment.

Doctors are pretty good and treatment is really awesome. But admin department is very careless. Also the security department is rude and they keep on fighting with patients and their attendant. Beware of security supervisor, he is a Gunda. He is ready to fight and even use abusive language and he says that he can beat you as well.Delhi govt is not taking any action. Good medical college but due to huge rush of public treatment is very late and doctors gave more than months date for further treatment beside there is no parking and if you park your vehicle on road then police pick and impound your vehicle. so overall it is not a good for treatment due to delay in treatment.

Very Careless staff.they are re scheduling my appointment since last 6-8 months and on every appointment they asked me to go through Corona test first and today on 16.02.2021 they lost my RTPCR sample and saying casually ki koi nhi kho gaya hoga sample dubara karwa lo...dubara appointment le lena..and when i tried to complaint in their admin department, card was not allowing me first and then he went inside the admin office n told me that admin is saying that they do not want to listen me, i can write down my complaint n put in the Dropbox... pathetic but if u have any reference then it will be good option for u..BUT BY EOD U WILL FOUND THAT DOCTORS IN THIS HOSPITAL ARE VERY GOOD..🤗

The surgeon gave an appointment for a month later and said that it can wait, even though I was told by another dentist at a different hospital that my tooth needs immediate attention, any delay would risk the adjacent tooth to catch infection. So I reached the hospital on my appointment date after waiting out for a month and got to know that the doctor is on leave! Basically the patients time has no value, they have no provision for informing the patient in case the dentist hasnt come in. Now the next appointment is another month away!! I had already freed up my calendar for the next week to recover from the surgery. Now this is a loss of time as well as money for me. What do these doctors think of themselves? They get respect, but they throw it on your face as if we are their peasants and they are doing a favour by doing their job, for which they are getting paid, its not social service!Also, the staff is ridiculously rude. From the gaurds to the technicians. I went to get a blood sample on the 7th floor and the technician started yelling at me because I only had 1 out 3 papers. Stuff like.. Why do these people even come here, I have too much work to do, you are wasting my time and giving instructions in a very unpleasant manner. He literally made my cry and Im a person who wouldnt even cry during a surgery. But cant stand humiliation.I would suggest not to go here unless you want to waste your time and compromise on your self respect. And someone in an emergency situation shouldnt even try. Pay a little extra, go to a private clinic, at least they will treat you with respect and care (ofcourse its motivated by the money, doctors are same).

Very bad work-flow, totally mismanaged. I took the day off and reached hospital at 9 in the morning. A queue of hardly 40 members took 2 hours to get registered in OPD since they were busy making Staffs OPD slips.My antigen report took nearly 60 minutes and I am still waiting to see the doctor.

I can understand that this is a government hospital, Firstly you can make a long line outside the hospital the guards are not paying attention not even telling you that you should be in this line or another line okay we can manage after 9 am the line goes ahead slowly this will take upto 50 mins believe me then again you have to make line okay no problem but what can you do when a person who’s having contact in hospital he or she will go directly inside after that when you reached to OPD again the guards they will ruin your day by sending you here and there not giving proper information talking in bad language then doctor send you to take xray till then my friend your time is over after 12 pm OPD is closed. Okay okay ! I can understand we have to suffer because this is govt hospital again next day you have to make line and still the references and contacts are going on and second day also I didn’t get the chance. Third day when I finally got the chance to meet the doctor they said we’ll call you, I said mam what how many days it will take she said you can ask from the receptionist and the guy told me bro 10 months minimum 😂😂🙌🏼🙌🏼 I said what minimum he said yes my friend at least 1 year . Read it once again who’s reading iam not complaining i iknow this is govt hospital but unfortunately i have wasted my three days just getting 120/- xray this is my experience. Good treatment and excellent doctors. However some of the junior staff has no clue of where the senior doctors are. If your designated doctor is on leave, you will have a tough time getting the treatment as other doctors will ask you to explain the case history instead of looking into the patient file. Overall a good and caring attitude of the doctors that makes this place apt for the children.

I really liked the dental hospital. It was hygienic and even with a long queue treatment didnt take much time. The doctors are friendly and cooperative. Please note that you should go early morning. The timing is 9am to 12pm. Try reaching by 9am to get all your jobs done in a single day. I have uploaded the price list as well. You can commute through metro, exit from gate no 1 of Delhi Gate Metro Station of Violet line and walk for 100m towards right. Get well soon

Its a good hospital. I been getting an orthodontic treatment there for around 2 years now (the complete duration is 3 years) and it is much cheaper and many times better than a private clinic because here the PG students take up your case under the supervision of senior professors. I have permanent brackets. And my doctor is quiet cooperative. Very often your experience depends on what Dr you get. But yes there is a long queue to get an appointment in the OPD and I advise you to come early, around 8 am if you want to avoid the crowd. Also Saturday is a half day and hospital closes at 2pm and OPD is only till 12

If your time is not precious for you then this delhi govt. hospital is good for you.RCT waiting time 6 months( for six months feel the beauty of your pain of your teeth and after six months your treatment will be go on for 6 months and after that pay 600 +1200 for caps except youre a BPL card holder, if you miss the appointment date you will have to wait for extraa one month and than for 15 days you have to wait too because you will be allotted a doctor).I think you should go for private clinic centres.Braces waiting time 3 years😂 (2 years of treatment will go on)For Tooth extraction next day will be appointment for you (atleast they are good at something)At last i want conclude that if youre free, want some chaos in your life and youre being bored at your home or even want to enjoy the life as like court visits then go for it enjoy the cleanliness of this adventurous hospital and become a experimental body for intern doctors.Message to Honourable Delhi CM Arvind kejriwal is that you are just wasting delhiite tax money on hospital where cleanliness is first priority , doctors salary and their perks! They will give you 6 months date for RCT or cleaning.. and you have to pay 240rs for cleaning your teeth and you have to wait for 5 months.. really poor service ..if you want to RCT or anything then they will give you 6 Months date. In this long period your theeth will be worst then before..so please dont go there ..

A fraud is going on inside the hospital.WHEN REACHING THERE ON APPOINTMENT DATE IF YOU ARE STOPPED BY GUARD , TRUST ME DO NOT LISTEN TO HIM, PUS HIM ASIDE AND GO TO DOCTOR.they will give you appointment date after 3 months give you time to report 9am. when u will reach there the staff will made you to seat in queue even after when he is aware that you already had got appointment. then from line you can never report at 9. i was there for my friend from 8am.after waiting when we were allowed to enter . it was 1pm then. the doc said you r late. and he asked to come after 3 month again. My friend was quite but the doc suffered public insult and my abuses. I got angry on him.... then few staffs and doctors asked sorry and the appointed docter had moved out so, they requested to come next day, they will do the treatment.so, how come I know this was #fraud.coz while waiting a lady shared her story which was similar to mine and then there were more ladies having same story but instead of fighting they choose to come after 3 months.never tolerate these craps...i had tore down the file and had thrown it over the doc.

Vistited here for dental clean up. Amazing service and cost effective. My dental clean up charge was only 240. Although you would normally get your appointment in a month or two. But, trust me, services wise, its worth the wait.

In 2008, IGNOU certificate courses were also started in the field of implantology and advanced endodontics. MAIDS is affiliated to Delhi University and approved by Dental Council of India.

They make you wait for hours.No doubt, the hospital has good cleanliness standards, cost effective for patients, but they make you wait for hours. Doctors, though are experienced but they inflict a certain kind of ignorance among some patients. Especially interns, the Junior Doctors like Dr. Hema was given the responsibility for the extraction of my tooth by the senior doctors. Dr. Hema seemed quite busy so I waited there for a while, but she was least cared about us waiting and she also took us for granted. But there was another mature doctor who saw us waiting for hours. When he saw that we were still there, he took Dr. Hemas responsibity of my tooths extraction. We went there at 8am and were made to wait till 2pm. Several interns are responsible for the deteriorating name of this hospital. Otherwise most of the doctors are humble with patients.

Went relying on good reviews since I have unique issue. For one problematic painful tooth, Was advised I might need root canal, to get the tooth cap removed from outside first & then was informed I will get appointment for root canal after 10 months in Feb next year! Meanwhile they can prescribe me with painkillers!!!

Majority of the dentists working here need to be taught basic manners. They dont know how to talk, how to deal with patients. They are rude, dont value patients time. They make you run from one counter to another, make you wait for long while they chit chat with other dentists. They give an appointment and then once you reach there, they say they never gave an appointment. Specifically, Dr. Abhishek, Dentist working on the 2nd floor of this hospital (prosthodontics department) is one of the worst doctors here.

And after that biopsy report it was confirmed that my mother is NOT suffering from cancer. But she was suffering form some infection or else which would has long term treatment .But the doctor MRS. SUMAN (ground floor OPD) who was handlind my mothers case. Told my mother that nothing is happen to you and no need of any medicine is there. Having sixth floors, well infrastructures, neat and clean unlike other govt Dispensaries. Doctors are cooperative, Construction is new and well organised, TV in waiting area for visitors. Decorated with fancy plants and fish aquarium gives extra good look. Peaceful premises.

After visiting this hospital i was compelled to write this review. This hospital (Maulana azaad medical hospital) made me realized that how difficult it is for a person to get a basic consultation from doctors and medications done on time.The interns dont know how they should attend their patients in a cordial manner. I was extremely shocked to see the attitude of interns towards the patients.I can very much understand that the doctors have been attending so many patients through out the day, However at the same time they(doctors especially interns) also need to understand the struggle people have to go through to even get their registration done after hours of being standing in a queue and so much of hastle when they finally get a chance to have a consultation with the doctor once, the doctors treat them in so much of hurry and in an ambiguous way which lefts the scope of confusion in patients as if they are favoring them.I myself faced a lot in past 3 days because of very minor tooth injury that i had which would have hardly taken half an hour to be corrected ( As stated by the doctor herself from the same institution only) and the intern who was assisting me gave me the date after 4 months.At last all i want to say is that doctors should have empathy towards their patients and are equated in place of god because of the major role they play in life of many people out there they need to have the feeling of gratitude for the patients specially the interns because they are the upcoming generation of doctors whos behavior can boil down into a bad impression towards not only them but for the entire hospital.Thank you, Hope youll read this.

Best dental hospital in the city !! If you dont know it living in Delhi , then dunno what to call you 😂. Super neat and clean institute where they provide dental treatment from tooth de-rooting to cleaning to oral problems even cancer related problems neck region and above . The students practising there are very polite and even the senior docs . Opd fees is minimum .The hospital was 7th storey tall in 2012 . As of now I have no idea . One tooth x-ray to full teeth x-ray done here . Normal blood test & cancer blood test too done here at min cost (rs10/rs 60 respectively I had done in 2012) . Reach by 830 am becoz docs come around 9 am and also since its a govt /autonomous body , there is too much rush as fees of checkup etc is very very low . They may provide you medicines if they have in stock . Wanna quit tobacco , gutkas, cigarette ? Visit here definitely !!

Excellent dental hospital. Much better than the best private dental hospital or clinic. Absolutely no cheating.A new patient after being issues with OPD card is first seen by doctors at ground floor. It is this doctor which decided the speciality where the patient must go. This eliminates the need to wait in wrong queues.When at the concerned speciality , patient are called in a serial order and doctors attend to the patient without cast, creed, status or money power.In the follow up visit within the same year, they promptly take out your case file.Me and wife went their after big private hospital had spoiled my wifes teeth after scaling. Mine broken teeth was panicked by a private MDS. Doctors at Maulana Azad corrected both the cases in a single short visit

Interns just playing with people even they dont know how to give stitches after biopsy ...they will left you been blooded for a long time and all you can see is nervousness in their hand and in your self while they operating . I will recommend never to go for biopsy there.

I am having treatment to decrease the gaps of teeth and to do straight but before that I had to go through restoration and scaling and while all these my experiences were so worst with them because doctors are really manner less, they dont have any manner how to talk with the patients and if you instruct them they scold you and never accept to that they they are doing wrong with patients.I tell you not to go to this hospital if you respect yourself and have self-respect.

I didnt found any reasons to like it....waste of time. Doctors think that patients are fools. For 1year old sensitive teeth problem they suggested to wait for 15 days it will automatically cure..😂😂. Services are free but travelling is not. Save transport money and invest in other dentist.
