Visited the bookshop here. A modest but good collection though not very well maintained with some of the books gathering dust. Good books on culture, history, philosophy, and spirituality.

A great place to learn. I spent 13 years of my life here and this place taught me how to face the world.

Today I went there for MBA. It has school and campus merge. If you studying or living in Delhi, dont miss the opportunity of doing a diploma or a short course from this place. School is from nursery-12th. And in campus, there are many courses available like MBA, Astrology, Computer Diploma, Animation, Graphic design,. Also, very large area, so many rooms, very hygiene place, many facilities also available, like, toilets/restroom, CCTV cameras, a big play ground, Canteen, security guards, drinking water, etc. If you want to visit this place, come through metro, the nearest metro station is Mandi House. Then take auto, fare around 30 rupees.

Went here for Vaastu Shastra course. Infrastructure needs renovation. Staff is ok not much welcoming. Not good not bad place. PS I am a first time visitor.

I am doing AcuPressure course from BVB and really satisfied with it till now. My teacher Sonia Ahuja is having great knowledge & experience about the topic and she believes in explaining the concepts rather than just going through the book. I will strongly recommend to come & learn this science, really beneficial for your own health and to treat others as well.Given one star less as found admin related issues in this facility so need improvement.

I was a student here in PGD Mass Communication.Things I learned about:- Teachers are great and are professors from renowned colleges.- Staff/Administration people are nice and have solutions to all the needs.- There offer courses of different languages, professional and like Yoga, vastu too. Please refer their website for through information.- There are different batches, courses classes in both Morning & Evening.- I’m not aware of the morning classes timings but evening batches time starts from around 6-6.15pm to 7.45-8pm.- Fee structure is not too expensive as compared to other institutions. You can ask for fee to be deposited in two installments.- Courses enrollment starts round about Feb- March, please check their website for more information.- Classes of courses starts in July.- The institute classes and even the exams happen in the school premises in their class rooms.- Library is very distinctive and vast, you will like it.- They have their own published book shop, and as you become a student there you will also be subscribed to their monthly magazine too.- Metro stations near BVB is Mandi House, Blue line, around 500mt to 1 km walk.- India Gate & Connaught Place are near, after class going there does seems nice.- They don’t exactly offer placements but they do inform students about any vacancies they are being informed about by various companies/agencies.- Toilets/restrooms are very very bad! They are not being cleaned and smell so bad! They should look after this situation.

I learned ACUPRESSURE from Sonia Maam in the institute.That was the gr8 experience to learn that knowledge.As in todays environment, we all are not well .Our next generation is not getting good food due to chemicals n all... so this is the one of the reasons of our illness. Very good place to learn astrology but they should improve their quality of education as their theoritical knowledge is good but their teachers doesnt impart their own findings and experiences.

This is my school Batch-2002 ! One of the best school in Central Delhi with a huge heritage. But, unfortunately, the management has no focus to update the School as per the growing demands. With the result the school seems to me loosing its charm. However, you could see lot of new buildings are coming up which they claim to be use for school. Most importantly, BVB is know for its course like Astrology, Post Graduate etc.

Enriching experience. Studied Journalism here, the staffs knowledge and dedication is commendable. Curriculum is well designed and gives you a chance to see through, both practical and theoretical lenses.

Bharatiya Vidhya Bhawan is a good place to do diploma and certificate courses in languages.It has a school and college campus merged.Teachers are experienced and have a great technique to teach and make them remember to the students.Environment is neat and clean hygienic cafeteria.

Unimpressed and would NOT recommend. Worst experience with BVB they are least bothered about student career and as well as their parents time and efforts. I would like to share my experience with them, I had applied for nursery class admission on January and had a word with Administration they gave as assurance that they will take my child and ask me to come on first week of march. I was taking follow up on every 15day and they kept giving me assurance that will take your child. One day i got a call from them they ask me to come to pay fee, when i went their principal ask me to whom reference you came for admission when we told her she denied that we didnt got any information from administration and we cant take your child. They wasted my 3months and at the end we didnt got admission.

Planning to do a language? Nice decision but choosing this institute is a bad decision the faculty is so bad they will just read the chapters for you.They wont talk in that particular language which is very important in learning the language.PS i have learnt japanese here for 1 year i only know about the japanese.Instead of this institute go to Akal or tsumobi those are some better one they dont provide diploma but certificate.Akal provides a certificate of Japanese foundation and thats a licensed institute.

My friend has done Chinese Language Course from Bvb. The Teachers are poor in teaching. They dont teach speaking which is base for any language. I have done my Chinese from Hanyou Chinese Language Institute for 1 year and I can see huge difference because of native faculty vs. People who dont want to teach. Language is not about books alone. For people who wants to learn any language, Skip this institute for good. You can save money but will waste your time for sure.

I would not recommend this institute because this is a govt institute that is why Staffs are full of attitude. No service for inquiry and information fee is also high as per courses designed. I visited this place several times looking for any course suitable for me but returned disappointed due to lack of information and unavailability of staff. Check some other institute for affordable education.

Infrastructure is really bad. It immediately needs improvement. Teachers waste a lot of time. They charge more money than the services they offer. Please dont do any language course from here.

Worst collage , I have ever seen.

I was keen in joining some course under Indology department at Bhartiya Vidya Bhavan.But to my dismay when I went to Room No. 20 the room earmarked for Indology department I found nobody in the room who can help me understand about the courses even though it was not lunch time. I met some ex students of Accupressure course and they told me that it is a waste of time and money.So I am thankful to them.According to them teacher only reads from the book, there are no practicals and teacher is very rude. moreover there were broken chairs and furniture in front of Room Number 20 which shows that the institute is not at all serious.i went to first floor to check if I can talk to a teacher , but was surprised to see that students were wrting exam in absence of a teacher. It was a big shock.So I think no one should join a course from such a non serious Department of Indology.

A .BIG NO TO ACCUPRESSURE .COURSE Waste of Money I came here to join a course at BVB because of BharatiyaVidya Bhavans Pan India fame.I am 100% sure the Indology department is getting students because of BVBs branding and Shri K.M.Munshi jis name.IGNOU a national university is charging Rs30,000 for ond year course whose certificate is valid all over the world and Recognised by UGC and BVB is also charging the same Rs30,000 but it is not a University. Moreover at IGNOU there is proper department of Health Sciences comprising many Medical Professionals(Doctors) and at BVB Delhi it is taken care by only one teacher and the teacher is not medically trained.But now I feel cheated like many others Delhiites afte joining Acupressure course ( later I understood what is being taught here is nothing but a pseudoscience) . I thought that the faculty is expert enough to deal with the subject, like we have the faculty of Astrology Department most of them are Professionals like IITian, ex Defense Personnels etc..They admit students in Accupressure from humanity background also who do not even know science of class 10, how anyone can expect them to treat patient having serious ailments.This can happen only in India.The accupressure faculty does not know the subject well and only reads from the book as if reading a newspaper.Whenever we ask any question the faculty always says we will discuss it later or starts searching it on Google.We are always forced to purchase lots of books of some other Accupressure institute in Allahabad.On prospectus it is mentioned that the course is of 6 months but our Accupressure course started around 15 th of Feb and first month was effectively wasted for revision and preparation of Convocation.Hence effectively it is only a 3 and a half month course.Moreover the faculty makes tall claims of treating patients with very serious diseases which are very difficult to treat even with the help of modern medicine.This is very dangerous as few of the students take it seriously and start to treat patients for these serious ailments and it can be life threatening for the patients.Facult makes the student believe many unscientificconcepts. In this modern Era when countries are reaching new heights in scientific inventions and Stem cell therapy people in India that too in Delhi are made to believe many unscientific therapies ,,,, GOD save India It is not a surprise why Indias Human Development Index Ranking is 131 , it is not govts fault but fault in our own mindsetThe faculty also wasted our time by teaching a concept called Electro Accupressure whose device was not even working properly in the class.No practicals are done with real patientsStudy material written by the faculty is of very low standard , diagrams are not clear , many of the terms given in the study materials , the teacher is unable to explain though the teacher claims that the book is written by her.Actually the study material is nothing but compilation of material downloaded from internet which a school kid can also do.I was forced to write such a long review as the students completing the course will treat patients without knowing the side effects , which can be life threatening.Whenever we address our grievance to the concerned officials at the Indology department they do not take it seriously or I would say they do not care as the fee has already been paid in advance. I got to know from some of my seniors that earlier BVB had an option of instalments , and in those days after seeing teachers performance half of the batch use to leave the course.I was forced to leave the course because whenever I raised these issues they indirectly gave me impression that they know big people working in govt and nothing will happen so I REST MY CASE HERE. Moreover l was unable to tolerate the teachers unscientific teaching methods.So I left Accupressure course midway and joined Astrology course at BVB.I hope Higher Officials in the Administration will definitely look into the matter .

The experience here is worst, they make fake promises to everyone in the starting that they’ll provide job opportunities but at the end of the course they’ll ask you to be independent and find a job for yourself. Only Rajesh mehta sir (subject- ticketing) is great. He was a great mentor. But SUSHI WADHAWAN sir is a selfish and greedy person. He makes fake promises when you come for the admission. They teach you random stupid stuff which is not even in the course.I would suggest that no one should study from BVB! :)

Bhartiya Vidya Bhavan was one of the best school in Delhi during the time of Negi sir as principal but as principals chngd the school has lost some of its charm but then also this institution (in my opinion) is one of the few which focus more on moral values than the academic studies and I believe that this is the sole reason due to which I love my school. The faculty is awesome. All the teachers top most priority is the understanding of the concepts.

I studied French language from this Institute. They dont have facilities like alliance francais.But they have few good teachers like Mr. Anil Mehta in french language.

I have learned french from here it was my bad experience wasted my one year doing certification. the teachers are not supportive they don’t have experience how to teach students they do only their job and don’t take interest to teach students they do not have smart classes still they use to write on blackboard. the classrooms are old type they needs to improve alot but not doing because it is a govt school and past school time the language classes has been done. All they do is to teach you grammar which you can learn by yourself through the books they increase the fee every year but do not improve anything. The staff have bad behaviour they don’t know how to talk to the students and one more thing if you complete certification from here then your certificate will be issue next year and you have to waste another year to take admission in diploma in other institutes. they have very bad examination criteria. no external come to take your viva or written exam everything is in teacher’s hand. all they teach you is only grammar and takes viva in exams i don’t know their logic behind it. there is no audio classes. you will get only one audio class in whole semester. i suggest you to go for alliance française de delhi if you’re interested in learning french.

Bvb Mumbai courses are better. They have courses on Gita visharad , upanishad study, and that too at minimal fee. Bvb Delhi doesnt promote scriptural sanskrit courses. Bvb Mumbai is actually charitable while Delhi branch is a money making organization. Numerology is part of astrology but they have a separate numerology course for 11,000 every Saturday for a year .Unnecesary course.

I would not recommend anyone to join Accupressure course from BVB.The teacher enjoys monopoly as there is no other teacher,hence no one to supervise what is being taught in the class.1)She just reads the books ,often skipping important topics as she herself is not aware of most of the scientific facts.2)She HARASSES the students who ask difficult questions or complain in the office(room number ..20)This is very serious offence .3)She forces all the students whether new or old to attend convocation .She even charged ₹500 from us for convocation to please the outsiders .4)She claims that even scientist Sir STEPHEN HAWKINS could be cured in six months.5)She makes fool of the students by claiming to treat patients suffering from incurable diseases.Some gullible people believe her and are ready to even leave their jobs to treat more people.More and more Quacks are being produced every year who are ready to play with human life.Most of the students don’t come forward as they feel that they at least get certificate after paying so much fees.I request the authorities to kindly take appropriate action since this subject deals with human life .

Batch 2015. Infrastructure wise its very standardised. Some of the teachers like Mrs. Shashi, Mrs. Vibha, Ms Uma, Mrs Anju Bala and Mrs Ganga etc. are really good. During my period it was much better from every perspective but it doesnt attract that quality of students or teachers now. Overall an average school. Also provides additional courses in MBA,Animation and Foreign languages.On a personal point of view, not recommended.🕴

I am doing palmistry course from here. Mr. R K Sharma is teaching. He time wasted more teach less. Every week half hour past to celebrate birthday. And when he do not want to teach, he take test and waste whole time. And Second reason for not teaching checking copy,s like KG students.So my Suggestion Please not Join Bhartiya Vidya Bhawan. Its totally time waste and money waste.

Very bad class room with old fan and old sitting bench. I have done astrology course Jyotish Alanker from here. My experience was very bad. They have very bad toilets smells all time. Their class room dont have any facility. In summer study without AC and with old fan was very horrible experience. My overall experience of Jyotish Alankar course is Waste of money with waste of time in Bhatritya Vidya Bhawan.
