1. They are not allocating normal appointment for Visas. On asking, they have only 1 reply that one has to pay Premium Charges.2. BLS Delhi, Properly Mismanaged Center. If your appointment is booked for 10:30 AM. You cant expect your number to be called before 12:30 PM.3. They forcefully Charge for Courier and on asking they will deny for visa collection facility. Though their site shows otherwise.4. Processing Time Mentioned by Spanish Embassy - 4 Days; Processing Time Mentioned by BLS - 15 Days... Actual Time - More than 25 Days.Much more to say... But in One Line... BLS is Waste...

I was in BLS without any appointment even though it was possible to get the Premium lounge through walk-in. The employees were compassionate and helped me to rectify the mistakes I have committed. It is important to note that the organisation do not accept the payment in cash. The HDFC ATM is located nearby the organisation to take cash.

My experience at the Delhi BLS centre on 16.10.2019:-1. It took me only 15 minutes for the whole process.2. Nice and prompt service.3. Their work is only to submit the application and documents as per the checklist provided by the Spain Embassy, so dont expect much from BLS. They are just an interface.4. They accept only cash.5. No need to take appointment, as there was no rush at the time of my appointment. However, if u want to take appointment then dont take prime time appointment or premium appointment, it would be just a waste of money as this will cost u additional 2000-2500/- Rs., unless............6. Dont opt for sms service, as u could track the application status online free of cost. however, it will cost u Rs. 81/- for sms service.7. 4 minutes walking distance from metro station.

I had so many SCENGEN VISA’s time to time. Last time also 5years Visa, this time they did not use their brain to give a frequent traveler a long validity visa. Just got it for 30 days. Very BAD embassy.

Their customer support is very prompt. I had called them multiple times to inquire about the Spain visa, and the staff was patient enough to answer all my queries. Got my visa on time. I am very thankful to team BLS for their support.

Parking is an issue there. No point to take an appointment. You go and take a slip once your number will come you will get a chance to visit one of the counter.Service was good for me.

Kinda really pathetic and incompetent. They made me run thrice each time coming up with new requirements not earlier disclosed in the previous trip. Human checklists who cant apply themselves. Only one girl is outstanding in her service. She was brilliant and empathetic. Her name was Heena. For the remaining employees- why are you even there?

Only if I could rate them in negative I would have done that! theres no diligence of work. we applied for VISA in a group of six and two people were issued Visa from a different date. How can they make such a mistake. There is no diligence of work. Would prefer not to take any services from them in future.

Absolutely flawless experience. The person at the gate checked out appointment letter, cross-checked in her sheet and gave us our tokens. Our turn came within 15 mins. The document verification was thorough and comprehensive. The staff is very friendly and responsive. We had a couple of doubts in the application form, they helped us properly. Within 15-20 the verification was done which was followed by biometrics which barely took 5 mins. Overall, we were free within an hour after arriving at the office. Very happy. Now waiting for the passports to come back with the visas stamped.

Contrary to other peoples review, I didnt find any long queue at VAC. In fact my work was done in a smooth manner.

Pathetic service .Completely unorganized. Even after taking an appointment before , it took me 5 hours to have my application filed (that too with constant follow up with the BLS officials) . No process , no token system , very haphazard. Still waiting for my Visa. Suggest to please time your visit to the center accordingly and also allow sufficient time between application submission and scheduled departure.

They just lack professionalism, but not all of them are rude. This is not only the fault of thier staff but I would blame the company BLS, I want to mention few things1. Get three sets of your application form.2. Get photo copy of all the pages of your passport even the blank ones. (if not they will charge some ridiculous amount.3.make sure you take appointment online as early as possible coz later they will offer you to take Premium service which will cost u 2k extra.4. At the time of applicant choose only those services which you requires coz courier service, sms service etc. Will cost you more money, they got lots of add ons.5. They dont accept payment by card or online transfer, only cash,, another practice which doesnt make any sense.I miss VFS they were far better then BLS

It was a nice experience overall. Watchman was very humble and also people inside were really helpful.

The office is located at easily accessible location and their entire work process is quite organised.

Been there for Visa enquiry and it took Two hours just for answering a single question.Despite of Five counters, BLS international services are providing only one for all.Its Really disappointing.

BLS Mumbai telephone helpline doesnt work, so I called to Delhi. The guys on the phone are so rude. They first rip us with an exorbitant fee and then this attitude. BLS stinks. Neither does the Track Application service work on the website. How are we supposed to know things then?

Terrible service - took 5 hours to submit an application, while people were openly paying money to get theirs fastracked. They first said 15 calendar days on their website, then changed it to working days. AVOID taking a schengen from here if you can.

Absolutely terrible experience. I applied for a business VISA to Spain through them and it took me forever to receive it. The staff are rude, they do not provide you with the necessary details upfront. They are understaffed which means that it could take you hours to finally submit your application in their office and they ask for too many irrelevant documents

It is very strange and annoying that this so called official office in Delhi is not at all aware of the information for the visa,I had a terrible experience . the office people made me wait for my turn for almost six hours and after that they gave the wrong application form to fill in for the long term visa.this my request to the officials over there to see what is going on at the office.it is actullay shame ,then why anyone would like to go the country like this who is not at all helpful ,

The Bls/The Spanish embassy sends me an email today for extra documents out of which one is bank statement of 3 months, when i have already attached 6 months, not sure if its the BLS Centre or the Embassy. the Embassy have previously over looked a zero in my bank statement.
