Both of my hands had painful numbness. Every muscles feels like they are stressed. After I begin my physiotherapy, Dr. Ankit found out that it started from my shoulder and back. So he was just done therapy in that area. I took 10 times therapy and I do feel waay better. The pain is still there, simply because I need to change my bad seating position in the office and my hours and hours of affair with my mobile phone. To put it short, I am satisfied with the therapy.
