Poor service in maintenance , the premises is neat and clean. As its a big brand and well reputed hospital basic services been expected. there is not even a single fan in waiting area leave about the Air conditioner. Everyone was sweating like anything . Top of that No water in water dispenser . Having air ventilation is really a necessity for everyone and you should definitely work on it .

5 mins walk from Moolchand Metro Station. Process is smooth and took me around 1.5 hours for Canadas visa medical.Documents required - Original Passport and A photocopy of passport front and back page. They will click your photograph there only.First you need to fill a form and then submit the fees for medical.Then you have to verify your details along with it they will click your photo.Now you have to go pathology lab then vitals, weight, height and then Chest xray followed by doctors examination.

5 to 10 minutes walk from moolchand metro station ... Services are okay. Attaching price list if you are applying for immigration. I asked for copy of my records and they kinda made excuses ... Other than this my experience was as you should expect from any medical center.

I went today to Max immigration center. As, I saw the rating was 2.8, I was really anxious before going there and I did not get appointment of other centre in Delhi. When I visited centre everything was neat amd clean. Proper hygiene was maintained. It took me total 1.5 hours (9.00 AM to 10.30 AM) in total for formalities, photograph, X- ray, blood test, urine test, BP and physician consultation, the time they took was far less time expected by me on the basis of previous reviews. Staff was very nice and co-operative to me. Whole process was so smooth. COVID-19 precautions were taken adequately. I hope this helps!

We have to wait for a long time after having a prior appointment too.So please plan your trip accordingly.Here is the picture of frontdesk, no one is availableEveryone is roaming here and there.Might be its due to COVID 19 pandemic.But anyhow i didnt like their service.

Went there for visa medical for canada.its a 5 min walk from moolchand metroMy appointment was at 1.30...i reached at 1.15 and was made to sit in the waiting room....if someone is accompanying you they can sit with you here...my turn came around 1.40...after going inside the clinic area they keep you busy...you have fill a form...get your picture taken...pay the fees 6300...change into a dressing gown and then medical checkup and sample collection...it took me around 1 hour.....the staff was very helpful.

Max immegrimmig center is one of the busiest place but still they didnt provide parking place.My experience was worst as my bike towed away when Im in.The building guard told me to park outside n he even didnt care the vehicle.Lots of people coming here for medical test required for visa at least max dhoush provide parking facility.

Employees act as if they were government employees. Not what you expect from a private hospital. Janitorial staff is better than the clerical staff. Really rude, arrogant and closed minded.Two bearded guys at the reception - Pawan Kapoor and one more have typical government employee attitudes. Wanted to slap that beard off his smug face but I was in a hurry.

Worst place,they are making money by fooling people...According to them i was having TB in childhood and asked for further tests which cost me around 20 to 25 k with delay in process of visa .Finally i underwent all test and came to know all clear...meanwhile i checked in max hospital for my own understanding and in first normal xray itself no traces of infection or TB was present....STOP Fooling people

Done medical in 3 hrs.

I visited to hospital for Immigration Medical, It was really pathetic experience, also I have to wait more then 2 hrs for doctor when I asked to staff they said they doctor always come after 11:00 AM , after long time Dr Supriya Bali came she had bad attitude, really pathetic experience I am also writing to embassy for provide more options and end contract with Max Hospital as they provide very poor services.
