Very good arrangement for covid vaccination. Great improvement in Govt. Hospitals

1. The doctors availability is not updated on system. I took appointment for Dr. Mishra who was on leave today.2. There was no one in the Dispensary, neither the receptionist nor the CMO at 7.30 am, they came after 8.00 am. If you cannot be there at 7.30 am. Dont handout appointments for 7.30 am. I jad to wait at the dispensary for 40 mins with my wife and 15 month old baby.3. Despite governments guidelines that any CGHS beneficiary can consult at any CGHS dispensary the CMO was keen on asking why have you come here and not gone to your Dispensary.4. The CMO(Dr. Pratibha Agarwal) seemed frustrated and did not attend and listened to the patients problem properly despite being the first two patients(me and wife) at the dispensary. Upon me saying that I am having symptoms like fever for 5 days and loss of taste and smell, but have tested negative in RT-PCR, she said toh jaake admit ho jao na, which seemed illogical and beyond common sense.5. Overall very very bad experience. It is high time that govt needs to put in some checks on this behaviour at CGHS dispensaries.

Staff is less. U have to spend more time to get medicine in hand. Also many a times server hangs. This troubles when your number is about to come after a long time!

This building has dispensary on ground floor and cghs north zone office on first floor.This dispensary has wheel chair accessible parking but entrance is not wheel chair accessible.it has drinking water and toilets for cghs patients and waiting area is large
