Tara restaurant has been my favourite place since last year when i visited this place on my birthday. Its quite and very calm place to just sit down and relax your mind after hectic day. Apple beer which costs only ₹30 is my all time favourite drinks. In alcohol you will get many options here.

Its a nice Little cosy place in the interiors of the Tibetan refugee colony known as majnu-ka-tilla.Area full of monks and monasteries, it offers you very good options of Tibetan, Bhutanese food.Their butter tea is really good.We ordered Bhutanese pink rice and curry in black beans which went well together.. Also pork momos were up to the mark.Good place to chill and have food, they also serve drinks( ask for Bhutanese whisky amd brandy)Not heavy on wallet as well.P.s.they have outdoor sitting as well with a good view of the signature bridge.Recommend it.

A simple restaurant located at ground floor level of Tara House, they have limited outdoor seating with a view of the dey bed of the river Yamuna.Décor was well done and the photo of the King and Queen of Bhutan was an added touch.Food wise the place was a complete let down, ordered a Bhutanese Pork appetiser which had almost no meat but just fat and a bunch of capsicums.We had asked for the spice to be toned down but they chose not to do anything about it, the little I ate simply burnt a hole onto my tongue, not planning to go back here ever.

Its nice cozy place for brilliant Chinese taste. They have 2 arrangement for seating. Normal dining table chair and Asian style sitting on cushion at the floor level w/o footwear. I loved seating on the floor.Recommended!

Wow that place was amusing. They had much more varieties of food than I even imagined.Most popular being Bao, steamed croissant (idk the name😂) and much more plus they have alcoholic beverages and smoking room with a view of colourful signature bridge if youre travelling there at night.Place is somewhat crowded 🔥

Order took forever, still brought wrong item, water and soda both warm, ice when brought had dirt inside. Moreover it was very hot inside, 2 AC are on but none seems to be cooling. This was my favorite restaurant in the area. Since reopening there is no management even food isnt as good before. Wont be back anytime soon.

Terrible. Absolutely terrible. Ordered fresh lime water and they came up with fresh lime soda. When they brought the replacement which was actually the original order the fresh lime water tasted like plain salt and sugar water. We asked for lemon wedges and the waiter said they were over and then the manager/owner came up to us and acted as if she was doing us a favour by serving food. We pay for good food and expect restaurants to deliver that. I wish I could give zero starts. Absolutely pathetic

Food and ambiance is really good

They have good Bhutanese food but sometimes the place has majority young indian colleges goers who will take over the music system. Plays extreamly loud music not giving mind to other customers there. Its sad even the owners dont seem to care. Also, its a hit and miss around thier customer service as the owner lady seems to care on some days and other days she has delayed response to customers needs. For example, nobody will take your order even after 15 mins after seating. We had to ask the owner ourselves. This is quite absurd. We went there only for food thats it. We try to avoid conversing with the owner cuz she can be bluntly rude at times. We dont expect much with service.
