Nice and clean cafe to enjoy scrumptious authentic Kerala cuisine. If you are one who likes to try out cuisines from different parts of India, you must visit this cafe. The Owner and staff are very well mannered and polite. We went and enjoyed delicious Onam Sadhya during the festival. They serve great food at reasonable price. I would love to visit again.
Good place to have kerala food but little costly as compared to other good kerala restaurants nearby
A small Cafe in Mayur Vihar phase 1 market on the first floor provides delicious Kelaralite food with homely atmosphere. This place is very safe even if you are a girl and want to hog alone. Though, place is very small, you might find difficulty to get a table. But worth visiting if you are a foodie and not expecting some decorated, fancy food point.
Had a good onam food. Was clean and well organized.
Its a really nice place to have kerala food in Delhi. Easy to reach.Fish curry and Kappa is really nice. I think the price is not so affordable. Kappa and fish curry for one costed 220 rs. And biriyani costed 180.For a gang of 4 it would be around 800 to 1000.Take away is availableFacilities are limited.Overall in Delhi for a one time visit its okay.Space is limited.
1.Staircase railing is there. You have to climb.2.You have to improve the toilet facility.3.food is OK,menu is ok.4.You sell all kerala products.,Speciality-kerala parontha with korma (veg & non veg)are very good & fish items are good. You wont get at any other place. They should start tea facility(1mtr tea) like trishhur/guruvayur.They should also serve kerala eatables like appam, pakora.
Not Gr8 ambience.. But dey doing with the best dey can from dat small place and trying to shift to a betr space tooo.. Very gud Kappa & ayila Meen Curry.. Porotta & Erachi roast allso Gud for those starving without erachi in this desert.. Gud portions of meat in each plate.. If possible Try steam heating kappa everything if parceling even the next day .. Kappa and ayila was really gud even the next day as it was too much for 1 person.. Will repeat wen ever possible.. Dey r online too in swiggy & zomato & Uber...
We celebrate a marriage function here.Good atmosphere.Good food.Nice staffs.Owner is a pleasant gentle man.Overall good experience.
I order Kerala porratta on Sunday 7th March. Unfortinately what they brought something on one can figure out. Really bad and i never recommend this place to anyone
This is quaint little restaurant located in Mayur Vihar with nothing fancy but as it is often said that never judge a book by its cover. This cafe offers amazing and authentic south indian cuisine. The closest metro station is Mayur Vihar phase 1 situated at a 10 mins walking distance from here.Must try dishes are - fish fry and chicken 65 along with malabar paratha.Cost for 2 -₹500
Went on Onam. Small place. Food was okay.
Horrible food nothing authentic only name kerala
Taste was awesome👏
The malayali in youd be perfectly happy here. Really good food and such good staffs. The place is a must visit for every delhi malayali.
So far one of the best places to get kerala dishes. But it is overpriced considering the fact that the same dishes cost half in kerala. I am giving 3 star because the sambar was too oily, and masala in the masala dosa was not up to the mark. Most people other than south indians will get satisfied.
Best for mallus as well as for North Indie too 😇
The best Kerala food available in Delhi NCR. The dishes tastes like home cooked food. The meat and sea food are awesome and its a heaven for non veg lovers in Delhi. Fast and good service too. Worth every penny you spend. The owner Mr. Jose takes the time to explain the dishes to people who are not familiar with the Kerala cuisine.
Amazing authentic kerala style food.
Great service, above average food. But the place is cramped and not effectively air conditioned. Can be a difficult experience during summers.
Very disappointed with this place. Food is so so, prices on the higher side, size of portions - nothing to write home about. Fails in the value for money department.
Cool place South Indian food is yummy
The pricing is highly exorbitant with reference to the quality of food. The chicken biriyani is horrible, by the way rice is just mixed with chicken curry and served as biriyani, whereas chicken was not cooked adequately. Mallu desi people need to learn a lot. This way the hotel may have to get closed soon.
Comparing to Kerala, the prices of This cafe is High. But Food is Good and quantity is also okay.
Malayali restaurant in mayur vihar Delhi. You can find many of the Kerala dishes there. I think the price is somewhat high. Chicken biriyani costs 250 RS there but its pure Kerala taste. So high price wont be a great deal.
Well , you fan curse me as a arrogant delhite . I wanted to have some authentic kerala dish with plain simple rice which is not readily available . They have kuttu and kappa which is delicious but cant replace rice or roti . Wanted to see more meal combinations with Rice
I just love the delicious food of this place specially the yummy 😋 dosa
The food was simply delicious. The service was prompt, the place clean. The price is also affordable.Though its a little bit hard to find because of the traffic and theres no parking.Would recommend if you want to quickly satiate craving for authentic Kerala food.
A good place to get Kerala food. The place is a bit cozy and is always packed. So it is better to take away foods to eat in home. Also they deliver to home nearby their restaurant especially in and around mayur vihar phase 1.The quality and quantity of the food is always better than good.
Actually food is so hygenic but the taste of Dosa filling can satisfy my north indian taste buds ...so its my 3rd last option to visit here
Its typical Indian style restaurant, if you are lucky you will get fresh and hot food else not. They have approx 5 tables only. Dont expect much hygiene and over customer service. Quality of food is between fine and average. Curries are oily and parotha is made of maida. Your food might be served on dying banana leaf. Not recommended.
One of my all time favs. Love ordering or visiting this cafe. Cheap and great food, both veg and non-veg.
The food was served in an authentic manner of banana leaf and all Kerala veg. foods. The only grouse was that the meal itself was not pipping hot. Overall ambiance was too good. Visit this place soon again.
Excellent Kerala dishes.. the ambience might be not upto the mark . But the food is soo delicious and authentic. The owner was very helpful. The food is very cost friendly as well..
A nice small place in Mayur Vihar with some good homely food and atmosphere! A lovely place for authentic Kerala food!
This place is modest & delicious!! The fish fries are absolute knockers! Dosa & parottas are tasty as well!! All the curries are a tad bit too oily, but all n all this place is a delight for a foodie! Go here if you love food and are less bothered about the ambience! 😊
The best kerala restaurant in Delhi... Will get best food for those who are not bothered about price...
Though it is very little in size (Just three table).. the food was delicious.chetta (owner of the restaurant) is very friendly..gravy dishes are authentic in taste...Coconut chutney for the dosa will make you to repeat the order and will makes the other sides dishes untouched .
Excellent home=style cooking. The fish biryani is to die for. You can even ask for some lemon pickle to take home.!
A big NO for the restaurant. A puttu made of gold would cost much lesser than the rate given by the restaurant.. Too costly... I would have rated negative if it was possible.. 5 star cost with single star food service.....
A great find in Mayur Vihar. Serves authentic Kerala style food at very reasonable prices. Do try their Biryani and Chicken roast. Vegetarian options are limited though. Visit early in the evening to avoid stock out which is usual.
Even its little costly. . They serve very tasty delicious kerala food. .. it is one of the best mallu hotel in Delhi
Its a good and upscale place to have a meal
Very good prawn & buff Biryani. You get a variety of fish preps and authentic Kerala Thali
Good place for non vegetarian kerala dishes. They also serve the Kerala thali meals apart from Dosa,Idli and Appam.
Kerala authentic food but too costly, with in 3 km we can get the same dishes even better than this also very cheap.
A quintessential kerala food joint where you get the authentic kerala fishcurry meals, kappa - fishcurry etc. This place is in mayur Vihar
Simple answer. Awesome place for our mallu dishes. Cant say anything specific. Try and find it out.
The one decent place you get Kerala porotta and meat in Mayur Vihar. Try their Malabar Briyani and Fish dishes
Good and tastey kerala eatery. Nice to visit with family.
Nice place. Mayur Vihar residents like a variety of cuisine and its proof c can be seen assert this joint. Mostly inhabitants of this area are from UP, Bihar, Jharkhand and West Bengal but yet you will find people thronging to south indian delicacies. You can pay a visit here and spend some time along with your family.
Good food. Affordable price. Clean place. What else should one need.
Excellent ambience food and view. And a great coffee selection
Good food and homely atmosphere. A little expensive
Authentic Kerala food, reasonably priced, good portions and quick service.
Delicious food, awesome maintenance. Loved it !!
Awesome food and good service. But crowded place.
Quality of food is not up to mark as price
Good ambiance , good food, pocket friendly
Nice place to enjoy with your group
Very tasty south indian food...and the place is kept very neat and clean....
Tasty south indian food like rice, dosa, idly, uttapam with its different versions and varieties are available in worth price. Good to visit. It is on 2nd floor, name board can be seen from outside of the building.
Small sitting place.. Can accommodate 10-15 people at a time. But food is good.
Mainly for non veg. However, if you are an eggiterian, you can conviniently order an egg biriyani as they dont mix the rice with chicken. Some dishes are overpriced. Rs 100 for a two pieces of puttu, without any side dishes is high...
Nice thattu dosa, with chutney and beef roast.
Tasty food. If u are in East Delhi u must visit this place...for kerala food .... Good Kerala food
Taste is good.Rate could be more moderate.
Little costly but fud quality and standard was excellnt
Authentic kerala cuisine. tasty food and clean restaurant.
Food is good but amount is too much...
Its an economical restaurant. Only issue is everything is very oily.
KERALA FOOD ...U will love it... food is great of taste 😍
Unbelievably over priced restaurant, would never recommend.
Biryani and parothas are good. Value for money.
Good food.. no problems at all
Fish fry is so delicious.. good choice for beef lovers as well
Usually normal food for student in economical rate
Kerala Cafe - Mayur Vihar Phase 1 serves authentic Mallu food. The Kerala meals consisting of rice, sambhar, toran, avial, beetroot/cabbage curry et:al is the real thing.Their chicken biriyani is another awesome dish. Equally tasty is the fish fry and fish curry. All their dishes are not just genuine but tastes just like home food. One can keep coming and not get bored .Having been in Delhi for over 18 years and having tried Mallu food at many places, I am yet to come across anything as good as this .Jose and Team - great stuff . Keep it going.
Situated at Acharya Niketan market first floor taste is good.south Indian restaurant.
Ambience is good.Food is awesome. If youre a South Indian,go for it.
Good food....good people
The place shifted close to anand book corner.
