It is located inside the British Council of India. Entry is not an issue, you just have to check in at the main gate. the guards there will help you.The cafe is quite spacious but some people might have just left their belongings on a table and wont  be around in that case you can ask the staff to move it for you.It is a self service cafe. The food is average but it is a great place to sit and relax or do your work or catch up with your friends.

CAARA Cafe is inside British Council India. This cafe is the most peaceful, light filled cafe and you will find amazing British art from their collection. You can sip tea or coffee and enjoy their healthy food menu. You need to show your ID proof and register your mobile phone number to get past security at the main gate. You can also visit the library inside if you want.We orderedPesto PastaFlat coffeeIce teaCarrot cake (must try this)Visited again today for some work and had an Hazelnut Coffee (Best, must try if love coffee) with Mac and Cheese (good but less cheese) and Salted caramel brownie (brownie lover must try). There Coffee is really good.

Located inside British council of India, its a small quite place with pretty interior. The food served by caara group is awesome. I ordered many things. Masala potato roll was very tasty. Vada pao was ordinary. Cafe latte as well as cappuccino was good. The carrot cake slice was best part of the visit. It was yummy. Loved it. Gonna come again.

We were hungry for breakfast but apparently they didnt get the memo. If you are one of those sun-kissed delhites who like to start their day with a full body scan, along with a face ID scan with a phone number verification to enjoy a range of coffees (which btw cafe coffee day is better at), then be their guest. Also dont go towards the location google maps shows you, just enter the main gate inside the British High commission. Also, you get to see a piano there, a wild piano.

Nice place but wouldnt say it is a must go. We went there because it opened early but we realized it was inside an embassy so we had to show passports and sign log book. Coffee was great but food was just ok. Not too many choices and food was microwaved/put in the oven before served. Very pretty paintings on the wall though!

They open at breakfast but dont serve any breakfast, and it doesnt have anything to offer for an average person to have them pass through the British council gates after several levels of checks. It has combos like ccd, and theres a piano just sitting there like idk its a Lord or whatever. Sure, the people who study or work here find it useful cuz human beings get hungry you know, but youre gonna have to go to theobroma if you come expecting breakfast.

I come very often to Carra Cafe because I happen to be a library member also at BCL. Despite the fact, that I buy food from the cafe and share my table, the server was rude to me.The moment I arrived at the cafe yesterday, he told me either buy something or leave right away. I have lived in US for nine years and had been a regular visitor of various cafes there. But this kind of customer service experience is unique to Cara Cafe.

Looking for good food...you wont fnd much here..but they have got good open space...iced coffeee and mochas are nothing extraordinary..but together with space they are respite from sweltering heat. Did not find what i was trying to look for.. Did nit ry anything more. Same old plastic wrapped sandwiches were on display. Disappointed

Its not a place you need to go to visit exclusively as it is located inside the British Council. So you will have to pass through a whole lot of security needlessly. Doesnt have too many options on the menu either.

One place you must avoid completely when in CP itd caara cafe for sure. It will bowl you over with the ambience but that has got nothing to do with food. Ordered Veg Noodles and the lady very sweetly assured me that she will serve me Noodles outside after 10 mins but I was clueless even after 20 mins.the Noodles were put of the microwave smelt okish but tasted pathetic. It wasnt up to the mark. Bad food and bad service. Pls avoid
