One of the best hotel I stayed in.

You can buy Japanese iroha bread, so you always buy it when you stay. There is also a public bath. The temperature of the hot water in the shower and bathroom is warm and comfortable. I am sorry that Wi-Fi is difficult to connect and sanitary is not substantial.

This is Japanese hotel so its good for Japanese. But for Indian they are having separate menu. They have gym, swimming pool, spa and tasty restaurant. Good hotel.You will get noise in some rooms. Rooms are looking old with cracks. Food is very limited here.

Really good hotel but you dont know it exist where it exists. Tariff is on the high side if you look at location. However rooms are fairly large and well appointed. Better then what you get at that price. Hotel is mostly visited by Japanese and if you are interested in Japanese food this is the place to visit. There property is 4 star and has a swimming pool gym spa etc. All together value for money

I had stayed in this Hotel for a couple of days and the overall experience was very pleasant. The room was clean and neat. Special mention to Suraj and Ravinder on reception who set the standard for excellent service. At 120$ Quite High for the location. Real value of money and recommend for stay in New Delhi.

This hotel mostly famous for Japanese people because its Japanese food taste awesome and hotel provide swimming pool, Spa, Gym ⛹️ and awesome service facilities to the visitors

The hotel location is not on Main road, so it got bit difficult to find it. They have parking area, so it is good for people travelling with their own vehicle. Hotel lobby is huge and people enjoy sitting and reading there. Indoor Pool is near the lobby. Rooms are small but fully equipped and the best part is they have Microwave in each room! Wow! No other hotel gives this facility. Staff is courteous and helpful. They dont charge for water unlike others (unless you ask for mineral water). Hotel is quite and peaceful. We ordered food inside room and it was upto the mark. Overall superb stay! Must visit!

We visited second time here, this time booked a standard room. Its much bigger and better than studio room. Ordered noodles and fried rice. Noodles were still Ok but rice were uncooked and tasted wierd. Had to leave them. Breakfast was fine. Gym is nice. Overall silent and cosy hotel with value for money.

The approach road to the hotel and the entry gate of the hotel need improvement. But beyond that the hotel itself is excellent. No ornate decoration, just minimal functional stuff. You get all that you need and no more. Nice, clean, fresh and welcoming. I even got two extra hours of sleep time after the checkout time of 12 noon. And if you want to feel you are in Japan for a while, this is the hotel to stay in. All signs, menus are in Japanese!! Probably because of the large number of Japanese guests from nearby Gurgaon. You also get a Japanese restaurant and Japanese meals. When the objective is to do sightseeing/business during the day and have a nice place to spend the night at...I would highly recommend Avalon. Worth it. Totally.

Hotel Has been Designed as per Japenese Standards and they have been able to Maintain the standards very well.Food is Good As well though it is Japanese too and little expensive.Spa Seems Good.Only Problem I have faced is Of ventilation in d room.It was Too Hot.It has central A.C. Due to Which u can not Switch To A.C. or heater Mode.it was A hot day and dey had Switched On Heater and dey could not Do anything In regard to that.overall It was Nice experience to be dere.U should Must Visit Once For Your Own experience.

Its located slightly off the main road and has ***y apartments located around a central hall with a tree which is fun to sit around. Staff were very responsive to our needs and requests. Its a value for money place. I was fully relaxed by seeing hotel roomperfect cleaned apartment.

Good property with clean rooms near MG road... As Hotel is located inside.. it is not visible from the main MG road while driving...Hotel is close to Qutub Minar... 10 min drive...Landmark - Near Sultanpur metro station.

Food is excellent. however, for pick up service, always send an email. the staff easily forget. also stay on the higher floors, the water in the lower floors is usually cold. calling for water usually takes 5 calls for a successful delivery. good for a holiday stay but for business stay where u require reliability in lack of time it should be improved.

The only drawback about this hotel is the location. The entrance area towards hotel is from a village type area.Hotel staff, ambiance was good. Room size is quite impressive. Breakfast was fine but as it is a Japanese hotel. Indioan food options were less. Room service was also good.

Hotel room is small. Location: The location is good if you want to go furniture shopping. Complimentary morning breakfast is quite good and full of variety. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who is visiting Delhi and wants to be close to the Gurgaon, airport , Vasant Kunj area.

Excellent staff at this hotel. Excellent cleanliness and very high standard of amenities provided in the room. About 10 minutes walk from Sultanpur metro station. Excellent tariff for the room. I would continue to choose this hotel on my next stay in this city and recommend this hotel to all my friends.

Not easily located unless you use maps. approach road looks desolate and neighbourhood seems to be slum like. The hotel itself is not too impressive and has a peculiar smell inside it. The rooms are pretty funny with a diving slab in the middle which houses the TV. On one side is the bed and the other is the sofa. The tried to make it like a service apartment I think.

Avalon courtyard facilitates superbly. Ayura well ness spa, gym, and pool are amazing. They also gives a nice stay feel. You can definitely opt for it.

Our tour operators booked us this hotel and it was just awesome The hotel is situated near the Sultanpur metro station. The Sutlanpur Metro stop is only a few minutes walk away and will take you to the centre of Delhi for a few rupees. An oasis of calm and order in a busy city.

This hotel is designed specifically for Japanese expats...I found it amazing though...the room was clean and neat...had a kitchenette and a sitting area in the room....designed keeping utility, efficacy, neatness and simplicity in mind..the restaurant was nice..taste was good but slightly pricey...the ambiance of the hotel is very nice...
