I was booked my personal belonging along with my daughter birthday items toys etc on 12th Nov 2019 from Azad Transport godown Sadar Bazar, Delhi to Saharsa (Bihar) delivery. As they said normally it will take seven to ten days to reach. Once I contact and track the material at Saharsa godown.. No one their employee provide the exact date of delivery or even right postion of my goods. During several reminder there was no response from Azad Transport. After 25 daysI got to know that goods cartoon was open by sale tax department for checking at Delhi Up boarder. Cartoon was unsealed and checked. No one Transportation employee was informed me on that time. As I told you should informed me regarding the same at the same time. Once it delivered at Saharsa.. I track the material personally and found that my personal goods cartoon was opened and the material was scattered. I informed the godown manager regarding the same. As they responded against penalty imposed through sale tax officer. I replied him no one is informed me. Whats is the safety and security of my material due to bad conditions. Materials was kept at Azad transport Godown and it was not safe.I have already paid proper bill and tax on booking time. Their management asking for penalty @ 11000/- against my material many times without any proof. As I escalated and talked to their head office Kaushambi but not ready to talk and even replied carelessly with customer.After that I paid the amount against my cartoon.I found that my personal items was missing when it delivered and most of the goods was damaged. These are the below my personal belonging is missing.Juicer Mixer, philips hair dryer, curtain, Toaster. Branded Suit 10 pcs. The total amount was approx 50,000/-.I really loss the material and someone take it in logistic. This is really worst services from Azad Transport. In this situation my stress level was high and metally harassed.I would say not avail this kind of worst services from Bad Company like Azad Transport. I need justice against Fraud company at any cost.

At phone, they said please send your consignment at our office at UP Border, we will dispatch it tonight. but after sending material to their godown, they are acting so careless and it still has not dispatched for Bihar, been 4 days. Im afraid that they can damage it. Ill take my review back if they deliver it within this week.CAREFULLY GIVE YOUR MATERIAL TO THIS TRANSPORT.
