Very poor quality of service and unprofessional customer care support. They are good only in price hike nothing else. I will never recomend Kumar cable provider

After seeing their services and the behaviour of their staff I guess google should add zero star feature also. When it comes to money they will be at your doorstep to collect it but when it comes to services they wont even respond. Their cable and DTH services are worst. They charge for full month but dont even provide service for hqlf of the month. And whenever we complaint their customer service staff hang up the call and then disconnect. I have been trying to call them whole day but they just dont pick or else their no. Are switchedoff. They are most unprofessional swrvice provider I have ever came across. Will ask everyone to not use their services as Im already regreting my choice.

Earlier Kumar cable was very good response but from the the end of 2019. They are opening office at 1100 hrs and just listen complains but takes two three days to complete. Very bad service in Naraina Village

One of the worst service provider.To collect the money they will be on your door on time. But to resolve issue they never gonna show up even after several complaints. I suggest everyone not to tqke any kind of internet services from them if you don’t what to suffer.
