Very bad experience with comparedth. Com. Bought two tata sky connection through them, they sold the product with false information. Now trying to contact them and not connecting the call to person who sold the product. This company is totally fraud. Dont buy any product from them. Dont buy tata sky binge at all, you cant recharge OTT separately, you have to recharge through tata sky only, which is too costly.

Fraud Company- I had booked new connection with advance payment on dated 28.08.19. They did not install any connection. I had raised online complaint on their portal for refund but no any refund received yet even after two and half month passed. Nobody is picking up their customer care number. Their sales team pick phone but dont give any solution. I am going to file a case against this company.

Highly unprofessional behaviour towards customers. Dont get lured by the vouchers they offer. They will not send the vouchers until you are after them calling again and again. The empolyees disconnect the call as soon as you ask them about the vouchers. And once you finally receive those vouchers, and you try to use them, they will just stall. I used the voucher to order shoes, and they had me pay Rs. 199 for delivery of those shoes. Been over 20 days and still havent received those shoes. I wouldnt recommend this website to anyone.

It is a fraud website.DO NOT GET IN THE TRAP Only book your connection directly with the subscriber . I paid them Rs899 in advance to get my self a TataSky Connection booked . After taking the money they did not take my calls and neither did they send anyone to install the connection.There personnel cut the call in middle and will not even talk to you ,because it is a mere fraud company. There complain cell as well will not take your call. Beware!! Only book connection directly with the subscribers and nobody else . Trying for a refund else would have to approach Dilshad Garden police station for further actions. All conversations and e-mails kept safely .

But nobody from there end has even showed courtesy to call me.For cancellation i am trying to 200+ calls on there number which two option (1) for new connection & (2) for complaint. When you press 2 no-body will respond but whenever you will press (1). They will immediately pick your call, but they immediately cut your call if you try to explain them your problem by pressing (1).Refund my money.

I have never seen the sort of professionalism Compare guys have. Just one phone call and they arrived at my place to fix a hardware issue in my Tata Sky connection. Great effort.

Fraud comapny..request all customers to make a group and file legal case on comparedth as they has taken advance from customers and after that no response from their side. Even they dont pick call and by chance if they pick call after recognisation immediately disconnect call. I booked airtel dth and they commited to install in 4 hrs . Got the product same day of ordering, service person was good, had to pay 144rs extra for extra cable, Overall nice experience from Comparedth. They are the best online Dth site in India, No problem till date in the Tatasky connection. Got 1 month Family kids sports HD pack free. Very bad service its almost 5 days no response from the company. They are cheating badly with public. I paid for DISH TV but no one came for installation and call center also disconnects the calls or even not answering. VERY VERY BAD - Cheaters.

Pathetic customer care. If you struck somewhere and need to contact with team, they wont respond. Even sometimes they cut the calls after hearing that you have called for complaint rather than booking a connection. The conviction they show in booking should also be shown in solving customer grievance.If you want to book, then first tell them that send the technician first to your home then make online payment. If you make online payment first, then you become unimportant for the company.

Pethatic experience with compare DTH. Take money in advance and dont even respond to your calls.

My order was cancelled but I havent got my refund even after more than 50 days. I keep calling the customer care but they hang up the call as soon as they get to know about my refund without providing any information.

Customer care babita is so smart that when you are taking order they talk to u very nicely amd once after sales service is required she stop receiving your call. I have ordered new connection from compare DTH and I am amazed with their services. Just After same day of booking they called me to confirm installation and ask me about suitable time.There after technician arrived at home by the evening with set top box and required accessories and installed DTH with no installation charges.Overall I got installation in a same day which is an example for all other service units. I am more than satisfied with Compare DTH services

Its a horrible experience and a horrifying one too. Pathetic customer care service. This is one if the fraud company dont plan to buy any DTH connection from them.

Their service is ok. They gave me the connection on the promised date. Even before coming the technicians called us over phone to reconfirm our availability. That way it is Ok.However, the offers they promised while booking the connection, they did not delivered. Seems there is lack of coordination interdepartmental. Their marketing advised me to send email to their support team who did not care to respond to my mail.Over-all DTH is working well. No cause of complaint. My point is that when you promise something, please try to honour it.

Comparedth is a chor Company, I ordered one Dish TV, got connected after 4/5 days and many request that also they changed my address. They gave offer 199- Sport Shoe. I paid on july. Now September, Still waiting for Shoe :). I called their executive, they give me courier Name and Consignment number. I checked Nothing shipment. They are Lier, Chor. Do not belive on them.

I placed an order for installation of Dish TV DTH with comparedth and remitted Rs. 1400/- online on 30-4-2016. Even after 25 days, no one came for installation of DTH connection. I made several reminders through e-mail and phone but all the efforts failed.

The online person tricks you into making payments, promises everything and nothing happens on that till you follow up and start asking for refund, when they go blank and stop responding to your calls and mails .This happened at Mumbai on 17th May 2014 and till the time of writing this review, i.e. 1st June 2014 , it is not refunded.
