Never ever buy any product of Usha ..They have the worst service back up .I have been calling them from last 3 months for the water heater ..No body has turned up until now.

Very worst service and even try to call customer service they totally refused your problems and 100% wastage of money while choosing Usha shreeram any product.....never

Please do but buy any thing from Usha because its quality is very poor and service Very very very poor because I am facing issues with water purifier i have on 21 marMa but till 5 th April my problem has not resolved they only give you time and time only

So I bought 2 water heaters and I have leakage problem since the beginning.About 2 months ago I called them atleast 4 times before the technicial came. Even then the problem sustained. This time Ive been calling every 2-3 days since nov 21st, Ive even talked with senior person there. Still no response. I guess their customer support is filled of slackers.Pathetic product, pathetic company.
