Then again they will inform you come to next round (final round with MD). Again you will go & wait some time after that same HR will ask for 2-3 same questions. So you can know that time they dont even looking your profile properly before also.Guys, Please be careful this type of company. Dont waste your energy.

Worst Staff- Not Friendly. Rude Behavior. Before deal fix they will call you everyday. After deal, Then they will stop picking your call. In addition to this i canceled there order which was not processed yetbecause of many hidden factors which they do not disclose. Nothing was done for that except drawings. They clearly deny, they will not refund a single peny as the order is processed. This is there company policy. On the basis of the drawings they say order is processed and nothing is done in that order. There branch head do not want to listen about anything, what branch head say is always correct. They only think of there commission. Its been 13 months they have taken my half amount, no response from the staff when you ask them from refund. When you talk about refund they will simple say we cannot do anything. I am shocked to see this kind of behaviour from this company. They are selfish only thinking about there targets. No customer satisfaction and respect to customer hard earned money. I will make sure to spread this message about them and there staff behaviour in my circle,so that people should know the truth and avoid getting trapped. Most of the 5 star reviews are from there staff thats the best part 😀.Will not recommend to anyone.

Worst ever experience from regalo kitchens.I have ordered a kitchen and then on approval of their design team , i ordered a sink , a few days later there technical team called and said this sink cannot fit in your kitchen.I said that i purchased the sink after your approval only to which they replied that they do not know anything about their accessories. They are only responsible for their kitchen.After repeated discussion they started saying that it is your fault and we can not do anything.Mahima aggarwal and azra from their team are specially worst possible employees.Evan after asking for the number of their superiors, they kept saying we cannot provide you with any number.Be cautious and try to avoid going to them. They will ruin your experience and once you give any advance, you will have no option but to regret your choice.

I had contacted the firm for renovation of my kitchen. their sales representative, supervisor who takes the dimensions or the sales staff at showroom in Patparganj are all useless and misguide the client.After I finalised the deal for renovating the kitchen, I came to know that the dimensions taken by them were wrong. After much persuasion and follow up, I got only Rs 85000 back from the advance money of Rs 1 lakh paid by me, despite the fact that they had not done any work.Please get the work done from any road side carpenter, but totally avoid Regalo KitchensSanjiv Sanghi

Very worst company...unprofessional people and HR too..very bad experience i ever had in my life

Services offered are not worth the amount they charge. Employees dont really work like professionals. After you buy the appliances as per their instructions, mistakes are made on their end which you have to suffer. For instance after I bought hob for my kitchen, I was forced to change it because the person who was supposed to make the plan of the kitchen according to my appliances forgot to consider the dimensions of hob. Also at the end of completion, while giving feedback they force you to give good comments and if you dont then they mentally harass and try to threaten you by not issuing a warranty card. Its been one or two months since my kitchen has been installed and whole payment had been paid before the installation but I havent got my warranty card yet and they are not even willing to unless I fill the feedback form again with good remarks.

They talk about quality and workmanship taking full money in advance before delivering the products so that you have no other choice but to accept what they deliver. STAY AWAY FROM THEM!
