Wall papers should be of sober colour and now eye hitting papers are seen mostlyRoof ceiling should be simple with less no of led bulb connections .This will reduce cost + electric bill amount. Should be like DDA flat.Hand wash provision should be outside Toilet near dining areaThere should be space to keep table in drawing cum dining area with drawer with power connection sothat cloth pressing could be done .There should be spacious almirah in all the rooms.There should be steel/ iron gate with jaali along with wooden gate to ensure more safety while opening gate to see who has come to meet.If possible , kitchen should be square type with additional ventilation outside sothat that more space available to keep crockery etc.you are providing good quality house at reasional ratesSanjana- your staff is well behaved, talks in well mannered ways

Just completed a building with Method Homes on a challenging lot and a challenging permit process in the Bay Area. Method was responsive and helpful throughout the entire process for 12 months. They were also very flexible in accommodating our requests without going through red-tape.The construction quality is very high. All of the detailing was done professionally. All of the electrical and plumbing components built by Method Homes worked upon installation without any issues.If you are planning on building a new home, forget building it locally and call Method now instead. You will save time, money and avoid a lot of stress.PS: Our banks was giving us hard-time issuing construction loan to other modular construction companies. However, all banks we worked with seemed to know Method very well and they were very comfortable working with them.

Unfortunately Google doesnt have a minus rating otherwise I would have given a MINUS MINUS MINUS rating to Neev Residency Private Limited as they do a big ghotala if you buy any flat any plot any shop with them they will totally finish you.They have charged 80000 from us on the name of maintenance,... like Delhi Jal Board water connection cctv cameras greenery on the street a very fantastic Road pm subsidy but they have given a big big big zero to us we are already staying in the flat which we have buy from them from last 1 year but we didnt get any thing even a single service from the NEEV Residency Private Limited I would not recommend anyone of you even my enemy to buy anything from this fake builder😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

Very poor service.. Every commitment failed once you pay entire amount.We purchased flat last years August and Neev have taken 80k for maintenance, front road, MCD water supply but, we didnt got even MCD water supply.Pls dont purchase flats from this neev residency
