There should be a law in place to terminate the employment of people like the staff at Sunrise Estate Management Services and offer the services to other deserving people. The entire organization is in a rotten state from top to bottom. You call a site manager, he wont answer. You call the mobile number provided on their invoices, it wont be answered. You call their boss Sandeep Gupta, he wont answer. You send an email to their helpdesk or Sandeep Gupta, they wont answer. Facility management business is like a cash cow. The clients must pay whether such agencies perform or not. So the most incapable and inefficient people can be found breeding here for ages.

I have been trying to settle my pending dues since almost 2 years,but am unable to do .It seems its due to their uncooperative or rackless attitude.

Thay do services on local contract, thay dont employ, very bad management

We have our office in sector-18 Noida(Ansal Fortune Arcade)-Mz-007(270sq ft).(Pettitts India Tours Pvt Ltd) We have been paying maintenance charges every quarter for many years.But till date we didnt find any improvement in servicing by your side.Your Maintenance is next to nothing.We didnt find any improvement in the building maintainenance .whenever we come across that side,it always remain shabby & unclean.There is no toilet in the main area.Lots of things needs to be done which are lacking. This is one of the reason nobody is interested in leasing our premises.We would like to request you to assess the situation yourself & upgrade the property maintenance & justify the charges which are very high.Hope you will look into the matter & take favourable action.

Pathetic Management & worst service. Tried to raise a grievance and they portal doesnt work either. Seems Like no one is ready to listen to the complaints.
