I ordered Besan Laddo from this restaurant via Swiggy. The laddo were stale and had black fungus like think on them. The oil used in making these laddos was sticking in the palate of my mouth. Horrible experience.

Food and sweets are good but beverages are not up to the mark.

Used to be a great sweets shop. Is a shade of its glory now. Several times sweets purchased have turned out to be stale and smelling. All purchases should be done by first tasting and then ordering else can be quite embarrassing in front of guests if sweets are smelling

Anupama sweets was earlier a noisy bustling place with the sweets counter on one end of a large hall, paneer, rasagulla, rasmalai counter opposite, and a chaat wala outside.Then they split and now are restricted to two much smaller sections - one narrow corridor housing the sweets, and a slightly broader restaurant.In the Covid times, the restaurant is closed.

Very poor service. food is average quality. Nothing great and review of being good is surely hyped. Plus point is good range of mithai. Typical north Indian menu. Staff appeared to nonchoholant. Would go there only if no other options available. Avoidable.

You can find good food and good sweats here. I think even some of Chinese food were there. But not all varieties of sweats.

Very bad service and behaviour of the staff. Had no patience and way of talking to the customers. I used to like this place alot but after such pathetic behaviour of the cash counter guy, i dont think Ill ever recommend this place or would want to revisit here. Staff genuinely needs to be trained about their behaviour.

This sweet shop is unique and as a person who enjoys great food and has a sweet tooth this place is great. Thought it is named Anupama Sweets you can also grab a Masala Dosa, Idli, Vada, cold coffee, filter coffee along with the best sweets that I have come across. Till now I have had their fresh kalakand, pure ghee motichur laddoo and milk cake and all of them were heavenly. The shop opens early at about 08:30 in the morning however, it is advisable that you visit after 09:30 am as that is when the fresh sweets arrive. Either have a bite with your loved one or grab some sweets for an occasion this place is the one stop shop. Please also keep in mind that there is no non vegetarian snacks served here.

There is a very rude waiter named Hari. I used to be a regular customer but from now I will not visit there. It has been more than 3 times that he has been rude to me. Once he was yelling at me because I did not have change of 500 rs. and another time he was yelling at me because I waved hand to call him. I was already there sitting for more than 15 mins and my order had not been placed. Restaurant really needs to fire these rude waiters and hire some new waiters.

Delicious Gulab Jamun

Its one of the most amazing place in south Delhi when it comes to eating quality food. Danedar barfi is out of the world! I also like bhel poori here. I dont need to go to south extension for it anymore!

Disgusting service. Very surprised at the drop in quality. The person at the reception charged me 120 rupees to seal two small boxes of sweets and refused to provide a receipt. I have been coming to his resteraunt for about 15 years now and was very surprised at how penny wise pound foolish they have become. I’m quite sure I’m never going back.

Pretty good for a tikki place. The sweet shop has many things to offer, which includes Pau bhaji and Chole Bhature. They are the standard affair but at the very least the place looks cleaner compared to other places. You get what you pay for. An average food for a cheap meal.

Good place we generally order at home. so i didnt experience such kind of thing. today only i went there, to get food packed asked for two plate vada sambhar... waiter was packing for me so i asked him is he sure he has put vada only in my packet. if by mistake he has not put something else... and u must have seen his attitude he immediately unwraped the packet harshly put that stuff in the plate and stared at me and told me u can see it. i just told i was confirming from u after this he replied what do u thing(main pagal hoon ) i replied tu kya main pagal hoon, he said baat tu aap aisa hei kar raha. owner was not there or else i would have complaint then and there. i request the owner here on my review that they r doimg so well quality is also good but plz take care of these kind of waiters. i asked another waiter his name so he addressed him as sanjay. i guess after all this he didnt packed good stuff for me purposely. the sambhar is to watery as if he has mixed some water in it. other wise all the stuff is good of anupama sweets.
