Needs some communication skill improvement . They dont know how to treat customers and responding in a harsh way . By doing that they will even lose their existing customers also .

Very large wholesale shop (as far as this term can be applied to the Indian reality) of Tibetan bells (all of recent manufacture, there is no ancient bell) and statues. However, going into its rooms, full of objects and people, spread over several floors, is an extraordinary experience. In fact, I think - as far as I could understand - that the shop has a large turnover and supplies many bazaars and small shops scattered throughout India. Released empty-handed but happy.
