We booked the whole property including rooms. AC was not working. No mineral water sealed bottles which is a basic thing in any hotel these days. The decorator Mr Karan Chhabra was a real fraud. He didnt even deliver even after the decor pictures was shared by us. He will keep on agreeing to the things but will make a fool of u. He charged a lot but delivered nothing what we wanted. They are not concerned about customer satisfaction and only want their money. Mr. Karan Chhabra left from wedding function without completing the decoration and switched off his phone.He is big time fraud and calls himself one of the board of directors. The management is worst and doesnt bother to pick up the Calls. Just wanted to aware you guys donot book this venue because its your hard-earned money. We suffered alot and we want others not to suffer and spoil thier marriage functions which are done once in lifetime. Donot donot pay full payment in advance till you get satisfactory results for those who have understood my hint.

I was here attending a wedding along the poolside.They have a nice clean venue, the pool was well lit, and the decor was fun and decent. There is ample parking behind the halls.The rooms were clean and large and spacious.The staff overall was quite helpful, helping us with arrangement of minor things, something one needs constantly during a wedding.The food was decent, though not as great as some of the other country inn and suites by Radisson.Also, there were wall mounted speakers in the outside, but when asked to play some ambient music on them, we were informed that they were not connected and so we could not play any music till the DJ arrived in the evening, which was quite sad, considering we had a day and an evening function.All in all a good overall experience, which can become a great experience by some minor tweaking.

It was an awesome experience with the Hotel. Everything, a person can you expect was up to the mark. Amenities, services, food, beverages. Though it was an event of 2000 people, it was awesomely managed. Kudos to you guys. Looking forward to host more events there.

I hosted marriage of my son on 2/07/2021 here. I was my worst experience. Its batter to host marriage in any Dharamshala or Sarai. Service of hotel in every aspect was worst. AC did not work. No one is bother about it. Catering was very poor. Room service was very poor.. I had booking for two days and temperature remaied more Than 30 digree. I request everyone please do not rely upon false promises of the hotal management and avoid booking.Anil Jindal

It is very good restaurant and hotels for marriage purpose and party purposes I like it very much all the staff is very good and and the food it is very awesome. Well cleaned and well maintained and the cleaning staff was also very much good and helpful. Good time there in the marriage. The star was also very much concern about the Corbett so I like them because they are helping us by giving us Mask in sanitizers so we can get safe.

Pathetic and worst service offered without any grievance redressed. The management is not concerned at all about the customer satisfaction.

It has almost 40 rooms and is used mostly as a marriage place. It has two open parks, one water pool beside two closed big halls.There is ample parking inside and complete place is well maintained.

Booked 30 rooms for 2 nights. No mineral water only ro water once filled to be used for the entire stay. No pool use policy. Fined 20 k for using pool. Live electrical wire scattered dangerously all over the place. Be cautious.

Staff at front desk advice n suggest me to give low rating as the image of country inn & suites is very good n it didnt effect on their rating with our view...The problem is the room service is very poor and the in room service by restaurant is charged without issue bills.

Every thing about this hotel is very good except for the damn mattresses in all the rooms. They will break your spines. For gods sake I cry out to any management from the hotel if they are listening. Please change the mattresses.

Had excellent stay. Good hotel with courteous staffs. Rooms were clean, elegant and spacious. Breakfast served was lavish and delicious. Room service was also fast and food was tasty especially Chicken Biryani was one of my favourite. Some issues we faced were like lack of continuous power supply. And even on a hot summer day the lobby was not air conditioned. However, overall our stay was pleasant and looking forward to stay with you again in future.

Great food, they gave 50% off on food and breakfast was free. Very healthy food with even non-veg being available.Internet is a problem in room and they’re saying they will send a technician to fix it. However it was good near reception. Their gym was also under renovation so couldn’t work out.Place was very clean and quiet and even though it’s only 18-19 km from airport, it seems quiet and peaceful.Loving the stay and worth more than 4 stars. Internet speed and gym is the only thing lacking but hopefully they will fix the internet in an hour or so.For the internet, they attached a device in my room and internet speed is very fast now. So internet is not a problem if you talk to these guys in this hotel. Just had tandoori chicken and paneer peshavari tikka and it’s lip smacking good. Really good. Would recommend this hotel to everyone.

I was here few minutes back, attending the engagement of my friend. The place is hard to find but thanks to Google maps which made it possible.The engagement was in Magnolia hall. Wish I could say something about the ambience it was below average compared to the wedding venues you can find these days.Started with starters - tried malai chaap, potato nuggets, pizza ( which I only saw once while sitting for two hrs there), and some more starters which I cant recall as they were not to be remembered. All the preparations of ghe chaat item was like eating outside a thela. The quality of food was that bad. Servers were not at all interested in serving the snacks and roaming in the middle without offering food to anyone with their head high towards the ceiling.The cutlery they were using to serve snacks was so good that, you wont eat after seeing it. Mtlb mazak hi bana diya hai logo ne to. So shameful on the part of a 4star hotel. Not even a local caterer uses such cutlery.Main course was equally pathetic ( sorry for the language) but it justified the quality. Nice place for marriage ceremony

Just attended a close family function there on 8th and 9th. On 8th there was a Pool side party and the dinner was arranged at the adjoining restaurant. The moment I picked up the plate I could spot a cockroach on the table and on informing the staff, they hurriedly removed that. A few minutes later while putting one of the Sabzi in the plate my wife noticed a plastic thread and we again informed the staff. There response was the same. They just removed that thread . The food was not of the quality one expects from a Star rated property, it lacked quality and taste.Then the next day on the 9th, we again attended the Sagai function in the Banquet. The function was to start at 7-30 PM, upon reaching the banquet around 7-35 PM , I was shocked to find that a lady ( presumably a hotel staffer) and a Man ( probably a decoration contractor) were both standing there and probably planning how to decorate the place. The sofas were lying shabbily covered with a sheet of cloth. The round tables had not been arranged properly and the best of all, the guys were still contemplating how to decorate the stage with flowers.Another thing that I noticed was lack of serving guys. Upon asking them about the whereabouts of the promised number of guys, I was promptly informed that there are a few more functions going on and more people would join once they are free from that.After previous days food experience, me and my wife thought it would be wise not to venture into the dinner area and just contain ourselves to the snacks and Chaat.I think a few of the things which matter the most while rating a venue for a family function are location, décor, services and most important of all good food. However, this place disappointed us on most parameters. Except for location, . nothing was even close to being called okay leave apart calling it satisfactory or value for money.Atul Jain

3star property which is averagely maintained. Not so great Entrance but worth staying at low cost by getting good deals on MakeMyTrip or other hotel chains. Banquets are huge which can accommodate upto 450 people with nice lawn attached to it.BEWARE - If you are doing any function and thinking to book Banquet or lawns. The staff is very very unprofessional specially Mr. SUNIL VIG who claims to be the Director of Sales but dont even know to talk like Sales Executive. I had the worst experience dealing with him. Actually he dont deserve to be in Hotel Industry I dont know how Tivoli bared him before. Keep everything on papers and make sure to take acknowledgement from him on email. Good ambience. Visited Eden Banquet Hall, it is quite spacious and suitable for a large gathering, like a marriage function. Food served is nice, not very spicy hence everyone (including young kids) can enjoy having a meal.Entrance to hall has got steps as well as a ramp.Wash room is not adjacent to the hall and is on the other side of the lawn, opposite to the hall.

Amazing staff and service. Food was also good. I would comment on hygiene, but there is much worse out there. Noticed a few cockroaches during breakfast service and numerous flies around the kitchen area.. Resorts beautiful and well maintained otherwise. Great wedding venue

The place is really good ... I visited around 9pm if I had visited little earlier it would have been better... But never the less it is well maintained ... The staff was good and helpful ... Parking facility is available so you can take your car or bike and go .. CCTV in the parking lot so you can be carefree ... Visited for a friends wedding . Awesome food kudos 👌

Stopped here over night on the way to Seattle. The hotel smells fresh and clean. The room was spotless and fresh also. The pool area is hot as a sauna. We are very pleased with our hotel choice and look forward to a nice night. We would stay here again if in the area.

We used to get rooms here for 2k INR. In 2018 and 2019. But now we get it for more thn 4k. Nothing changed except for price. Rooms are nice. Small pool. Descent food and ambience.

When I Checked in into the Hotel, the Air Conditioner of the Room was not working property. The temperature of the room was a bit hotter. So, I requested the help desk to solve the issue. The service person came and adjusted the settings and told me that, the problem is resolved. But, all in vain. There was still the same condition. The temperature did not cool down.Ambiance of my Room was also not eye-catching. It was like an ordinary room inspite of being a so called 4 Star Rating.Also, the next morning I requested two bottles of Drinking Water to the Service Desk. But, even after half an hour, nobody came. So, I had to personally go to the Restaurant and replenish myself with water.I also heard about the Good Taste of Food of the Restaurant. But, it was not so pampering. It was like OK.It was after all not a good experience..!!

Its been run by Radisson.

It is located near Chatterpur Delhi. Reception by staff was good. Rooms were clean spacious and the decor was good. Service was excellent all the staffs were well behaved. Last but not the least food was just great and good variety of snacks and in main course items. Over all management was decent and up to the Mark. Over all decor inside is also brilliant and loved it.

Its a good place for a weekend stay. They have all the basic amenities. The breakfast spread is decent. The only negative is the distance from city center. The check-in was very smooth. There is calm and quite around.

I had a great stay at the place. The rooms are spacious and luxuriant. The pool is very clean, and the staff is very helpful and supportive. The rooms are highly comfortable with all the necessary amenities. The location is a bit far from the main city but it is really pleasant once you reach. The whole hotel is a two-storeyed structure, but is pleasantly decorated and well managed. The place is perfect for a retreat or for some alone time out of the noise and hustle of the city.

This hotel is away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The entrance of the hotel is beautiful, full of flowers and greenery. So, is the pool area. Rooms are mostly on the first floor. The rooms are very clean but at some places I could see tea stains and dried water stains. But all-over cleanliness is fine. Rooms are spacious and hotel staff is friendly. Breakfast has limited options but taste is fine.

Another decent place to host large events and parties for any occasion in their Banquet hall which are spacious and offer good food. you may need liquor license if you want to serve it in the party however staff and service looks good but I did not taste the food though. Well located on main chhattarpur road with ample of parking space for guests.

Did not stay however visited for a extended family wedding reception. The banquet was big and they had arranged for snacks outside in a small lawn attached to the banquet. Service was good. I happen to also get into one of their rooms where my relatives had been staying and it was good with all basic amenities.

It was my sisters wedding and we decided to book Country Inn for this occasion. We had booked 13 rooms too for our guests so that they could be at comfort. The staff was very cooperative and helpful. The food at the wedding was amazing and the decorations provided to us by Arjun was perfect. However, the high tea and the breakfast wasnt up to the mark. The overall experience at Country Inn was wonderful!! Cheers!

A good hotel near Chhatarpur farms.... Spacious hotel with lot and lots of greenery.... Very bir conference room .. nearly 500 person can sit easily..... Variety of dishes available in lunch .... Fold arrangement can be better for multiple person at a time.... Almost 4 km far from chhatarpur metro station....

Good location and good exterior. Banquet hall is also big enough, but the food and service were pathetic. Just attended a function here today. The food was horrible, it lacked quality and taste. The service was even worse. The servers were running away from people and would often go to one corner and stand. Was told there would be 15 guys serving, and all i could spot were 5 guys, who had no interest in serving. It seemed they were ordered to keep distance from the guest to save on food and hence save on cost or they were poorly trained.I think food makes up for the bulk of any wedding, and if a banquet hall compromises on that, the only reputation they would have in the market for functions would be a negative one.

A decent property with nice and spacious rooms. Location is nice, since its not too far from the famous malls and other recreational places, but very far from CP or north delhi. The food was good, but be aware of the tea prices. They are simply on the next level.The staff is friendly and helpful. This property is worth its name.

Best services,well connected location, beautiful amenities, hygienic & peaceful poolside view rooms. specious rooms and bathroom with bath tub. within the city, good resort for spend for weekend. Breakfast buffet is nice. Restaurant food & bar cover all the choices of international customers. Poolside has huge sitting area and nice thing to spend time. Separate pool for kids and pool has temperature control which we hardly find in even any 4 star hotels. Five start hotel services experience in amount of four star. Check make my trip deals definitely you can safe 35% to 40 % your money on rooms booking.

LOVED the property! The entire area looked clean, green and well-maintained. The staff could be a little more helpful, the day we went there for a venue they didn’t inform us beforehand that there is an exam going on there and we would not be able to see it making the trip a waste. But all other venues they showed us were good and well-kept. The food there was good too and an extensive variety available in the wedding menu!

Excellent service. Manager was very respectful and did his best to make sure our stay was comfortable. Rooms were very clean and room service food was great as well, do try the chicken biriyani. Breakfast buffet was great as well. Location is perfect as it is close to most everything. Highly recommend staying here.

Place is good. We had gone to attend a wedding reception. Snacks served in start of evening were hopeless, food dishes served in dinner were tasteless. Name sounds big and now it is managed by Redisson even then the service standards and quality of food is not improved.Decor overall was nice and attractive, parking space is huge and vallet staff was efficient and courteous.Would not recommend this venue for wedding functions as Indians love to eat good food in such 5 star hotels.

Attended a wedding reception at the CI&S, and it was a delightful experience. There is ample parking space, an excellent large well appointed hall with an open space outside for the actual pheras with limited seating around it, along with stalls for drinks and snacks. Food was excellent and delivered with matching service.The minus point is the access - extreme crowds and traffic on the Chattarpur Road, and terrible road condition from the Bandh Road side.

The stay was good room and cleanliness was as expected. Small things like face tissues, bathroom slippers, dental kit etc werent present in the room. The fridge was plugged off and sparked when tried to switch on. Overall a little disappointed as these small things do matter and make any stay a comfortable one. Giving 4 star only because of tidyness.

PROS :Very beautiful and artistic.Very clean rooms and bathrooms.Awesome breakfast which was included in my package.And above all the hospitality i recieved.Specially mentioning the beautiful girl at the reception when i checked in at 4 p.m.I requested her to give me a nice room and she ended up giving me the best room of the hotel.And the second girl i will mention was the one who was at the breakfast counter. She came to ask so many times to every guest whether they need something.CONS:Well i have been a frequent visitor to country inn and suites. I visited in jaipur couple of times , saket one also i visited now this property i visited. Well for guest coming frequently to your property should be offered more discounts. It is a bit xpensive.But in the end HIGHLY RECOMMENDED .Will definitely visit again if u offer bit more discounts ;).

Being a regular visitor to country inn and my 3rd visit to this property. It used to be my personal fav being in South Delhi with almost all important places not very far. But this time the service quality was significantly reduced. Few pts that I would like to highlight are :1. Front desk staff - I cant say unfriendly. But not very positive to start with2. lots of mosquitoes in the room. (I stayed in a deluxe room)3. Food served during breakfast was one thing I used to look forward to. which was again very disappointing.There was def something wrong with the hotel now. From being a good Sophisticated property to it have me a feel of a cheap budget hotel this time. Hope the management is realising the same and will do something about it.But otherwise its a well located property with decent room amenities.

Been there first time for having dinner for my friend birthday we reached at 11:30 and ordered food and it reached at 12:40 after asking so many times and when our passions level get over finally we got the food and the quality was decent but quantity was very poor for such pricing I had food so many places where they give good quantity food. It’s definitely a nice location but the service and quantity is very poor. Hardly recommend anyone for dinner date.

The hotel is amazing for a getaway. The rooms were spacious and clean. The deluxe room especially was comfortable with adequate lighting and a bathtub as well. The breakfast however was a little dismal. We expected a little more options and some of the food felt like it was stale. Overall would still recommend for a stay!

Its a wonderful vegetarian hotel.The rooms were maintained good.The morning buffet breakfast was delicious.As i am 4m south part of india i enjoyed filter coffee, vada sambar etc.

The staff is appreciably responsive.. Rooms are cozy.. Good space around the pool for an early evening walk.. Had a good stay

If their was a negative star i would give them that. Pathetic staff...pathetic service. Especially Rahul and Sheba from the front desk.And the managers Inderjeet singh and Vipin were totally rude. If they cant charge a credit card because their machines are down, they should take it when their machines are fine. They did not let my guests leave without paying. Country Inn should be ashamed of this behaviour. A lawsuit coming your way for sure. Consumer court will be sending you a notice soon!

We stayed here for 3 days on our visit here. Centrally located to anywhere we wanted to go. All in all a good hotel in a good location with great transport connections. The entire resort is spotlessly clean. From the cleaner to ***agement everybody was happy to help. The rooms are just average looking.

Transportation to the city and touring is just around the corner. The room was great for what we need. The food they prepared was awesome and was well mentioned by all guests. Nearby temples are famous temple is there. Staff very courteous. Food is tasty. We will certainly stay here when next we visit India.

Good ambience. But can get noisy at times. Great breakfast though!
