Terrible experience. The sales skills are unmatched. Theyll be very sweet and give you plenty time before you pay the advance.Then you have to nag them or they wont deliver on time.The customizations that were agreed upon were later forgotten and they behaved as if nothing can be done now. Fabric quality is questionable for the price. Cant say its the best. I had to eventually get some clothes re-made from someone else.Definitely would not recommend.

Creative Stop is the best place on the Main Line for a special event ! We have been coming to the store for years and Amit ji provides such amazing customer service! He has helped us with the purchase of several dresses and is so knowledgeable about the designers styles that he sells in his store! He was a tremendous help recently when it came to providing the support we needed for a dress. He called the day before the appointment to discuss my sons style preference so that he could pull some dresses when we came to try on. He also took the time to provide a wonderful experience for dress shopping. We will definitely be back for more dresses for other occasions.

Its awful to see some people disgracing such a reputed store...being a professional myself anyone can have the flaws in customer service but I must tell you just visiting the store is a whole new experience itself.. the minute details in the interior and architectural designs from the moment you step in the store are just mind blowing and can be seen that the owner has his own creative space which can compete with any well established Brand of India...Moreover the designs are something which are unique as well and can be customized according to your needs and choice... Nonetheless it would be appropriate to say that The fabric and design collection is so humongous that can confuse anyone as to what should he get..I cant even think as to what level of research and designing would have gone into the suits and sherwani I have wore...Trust me on this - Going as per the choice and selections of Amit and his staff has not ever disappointed even once.. youll know the answer yourself when you will wear that exquisite piece of clothing in your own wedding or to any function or even to Big fat indian wedding.. itll be enough to turn the heads of people around you...I have been a customer since he started from small showroom and till now when he has a customer base spread over whole of North India...and I can surely say the two Things that remain unchanged in throughout all these years are quality of being grounded and giving his best to every customer..

#creativestop my experience:Creative Stop, Pitampura are no good and are really unethical people. One day after the delivery date when I called them, they asked me when the wedding is.They took my order, more than 50% of the price in advance and didnt deliver the product.I am going to the court to settle this. Sadly this is a long affair in our justice system but its much better than talking to their egotistical owner who doesnt even listen to you after the money is paid which was really shocking to me as they were so sweet and nice before the order was placed.I see it now as all the reviews are internal/paid and it is clear because everyone refers to the owner as amit ji and with the same combination of words.You have been warned.#creativestop #sherwani #chor

I was really not happy with 50% of the products I bought. I guess it was just the lights and ambience that did the magic there. Turns out not so graceful when you step outside the store. Secondly, after carefully looking at all the other options out there from where i could have bought, I found it a lot pricey compared to others. No doubt the service is the best and they might have the best salesmen and designers working with them. But I dont think the price was worth it for the quality I recieved. But I hope you dont go through the same.Go try Diwan Saheb or Ajay Mehra.
